The Championship Game
For the second time in two years TPD has traversed the labyrinth that is the MFFL, through poor circumstance and turmoil, and has come out clean on the other side playing for it all in the 2017 MFFL Championship. There was once a dream that was a TPD championship, so fragile you could only whisper it, anything more than a whisper and it would vanish. That dream was realized one year ago, a magical moment not soon forgotten. But such unimaginable dreams parade the thoughts of TPD once more.
TPD's run to the final duel was orchestrated by last week's remarkable comeback win, after his opponent had a player go for over 40 points. The catalyst for the victory was TPD's player profile. Starting Goodwin under those circumstances is truly a power move, and it gives TPD confidence when constructing this week's lineup. After a week which saw Hopkins, Green, Rodgers, and McCaffrey all on TPD's bench, TPD gets his boys back for this one. There will be 5 different starters for the championship game. It is unbelievable roster maneuvering illustrating how audacious TPD can be with his roster after years of experience and clout building.
Tom Brady will get the nod, though many would suggest he shouldn't. His play over the last three weeks has been a hinderance to TPD rather than aidful. But TPD has endured and now Tom is back at home after playing 5 of his last 6 games on the road. TPD feels now is the perfect time to put faith in one of the all time greats, and Tom is well overdue for a blow up performance. Welcome back Green and Hopkins. They will slid into the starting lineup alongside Michael Thomas, who has been a shining star for this franchise down the stretch. The magnificent trio of WRs will put on a final performance for the ages. Losing Burkhead to injury hurts, but TPD will display two other capable backs on Sunday. Drake has been this season's best free agent pickup, while McCaffrey is on pace to shatter the RB record for catches in a rookie season. Kelce remains in the starting lineup despite some average performances of late, but just like other studs Brady and Green, it is time for him to blow up. TPD welcomes a new kicker and defense for the championship game. Bailey gets a match-up at home and an improved offense with the return of Zeke. Chicago gets a home spot against the Browns.
It is time for TPD's optimal roster to show the full force of it's powers. TPD's studs are ready for a surge after difficult match-ups a week ago. The result of such surges is a thought difficult to imagine. It will destroy and consume anything in its path...just like the NASTY from Dynasty. The NASTY did not care what circumstances were presented to it last week, it blasted hard and true and snatched an engulfing victory. It has been waiting to be unleashed with full power behind it all season and the time has finally come. Here and now, in the championship game, the NASTY will perform its final act, the prestige, and make such an end worthy of remembrance.
The hour strikes and the horns sound in the deep. Sailing with aid at it's back, TPD commonwealth stands at the gate. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. Rise on this day, a day of golden history, and take what is truly earned.
Player Profile: Tom Brady, Travis Kelce, A.J. Green
Now is the hour. Take up arms thy three fantasy studs of disaster. All have had their time in the sun, but shaded undertakings of late have clouded their prospects. TPD knows not heed the warnings of would be prophets, the sun will shine brightest for these three again. TPD calls upon them in his greatest hour of need and they will answer the call. A convergence of NASTY is set to beacon high into the sky, signaling the time has come, and TPD is golden once more. NASTY!

Week 15 Press Release Playoff Edition 2017
The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Glorious Morgans
Date: December 17, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: Glorious Day Park
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: Michael Thomas
WR: Marquise Goodwin
RB: Kenyan Drake
RB: Rex Burkhead
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Christian McCaffrey
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: New Orleans
So it comes to this, TPD pushed to the brink, and a 5th playoff journey on the horizon. The TPD horns sounded in the deep once more in another must win game, sealing the final place in the final four. Two straight weeks of 150 point ball have slingshot-ed this team into a position to fight for it all. No franchise has had a harder passage through the MFFL labyrinth, and none have fought to the very end like this one. TPD was once again near the top of the total points mountain but had to fight for every win. None are has battle worn or forcefully prepared for whats to come than he. TPD will need to rely on all the battle scars of old in what is unquestionably the hardest gameday lineup decisions ever by a playoff participant.
Eternal glory is at stake as TPD attempts to become the first ever back to back champion of the illustrious MFFL. Standing in his way is a who's who of distinguished teams, but TPD is weathered for moments such as these, and he may be the only one who can traverse such an undertaking. The lineup decisions for round 1 of the playoffs begin with the battle at the top, Tom Brady vs Aaron Rodgers. An impossible task picking between the two, TPD has to evaluate to the finest of details. A.J. Green and DeAndre Hopkins have the two worst possible matchups WRs could have, and that is no hyperbole. Sending arguably his two best players to the bench for the first round of the playoffs is certainly a move only TPD could make, and one with an inherent amount of risk. He may have to start 3 RBs, Drake, Burkhead, and McCaffrey, a lineup choice TPD has rarely made. Marquise Goodwin was picked up this week and may be a shocking start for this franchise, but his play over the last month is undeniable, and he has a solid matchup at home. Michael Thomas and Travis Kelce are no brainer selections, and both have to perform at a level close to their max in order for TPD to withstand the loss of other stars. A new defensive selection also attempts to exploit a beatable match-up with New Orleans at home against Bryce Petty and the Jets. Wil Lutz will continue to handle the kicking duties. Overall this team is the hottest in the league over the last two weeks. They have been scoring points at will, and considering TPD's depth, there is absolutely a lineup available this week that can ball out. The only problem is figuring out which one it is.
TPD is heading on the road for the initial playoff battle and he is bringing his dogs with him. The lineup may not be at its peak potential, but it will be littered with guys ready to bite. Bitting with the force of the jaws of life is, as always, the NASTY. Unleashing the NASTY from Dynasty is the unquestioned calling card of this franchise. Over the course of many weeks it has feasted during TPD's times of most need. It will consume all. Sail hard and true the sounds of the TPD horn, it calls upon all to draw up swords and stand with him now once more. What is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. Its time for war.
Player Profile: Marquise Goodwin
Is TPD really about to start a player that was rostered by an MFFL team for the first time this season just yesterday? If he has the guts to pull this off it is most certainly a power move, one that could make him the GOAT, or the all time chump. Goodwin has thrived in Kyle Shanahan's #1 WR friendly offense, and with Jimmy G under center, but can he perform in what is undoubtedly Goodwin's biggest game ever, being a member of this franchise? The most shocking playoff lineup decision ever could carry the fate of all who dawn the TPD banners. Either way, Goodwin's electricity on the field will leave no doubt as to what his performance on Sunday will be characterized as....SO NASTY! Playoff NASTY Baby.

Time: 1:00PM
Place: TPD Field House
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: A.J. Green
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
RB: Rex Burkhead
RB: Kenyan Drake
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Michael Thomas
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Los Angeles (C)
It's week 14 and for the sixth straight season TPD has something to play for entering the final regular season matchup. A massive victory a week ago has the playoff dreams within reach. TPD is once again thankful to be in a situation in which his is focused and motivated this late in the season. He is always appreciative of every opportunity to wake up on a Sunday and cheer for TPD football. Even with all the variables and circumstances, TPD is the only team to have entered week 14 with a shot at the playoffs every season, and the value of that can never be understated.
While the playoff picture is currently more muddled then last season, TPD is again the frontrunner for the 4th and final spot just like last season. Win and in. It is as simple as that. He could still get in with a loss but such scenarios are not be discussed around team headquarters. The team has responded well late in the season, as is the norm, and he is averaging almost 130 points per game over his last six contests.
Tom Brady is coming off of a 4 point performance. Get that game out of the way now and hope the beats returns the rest of the way. The WRs flashed the potential TPD needs from them for the final push, but there is still room to improve. The RBs are all of the sudden a potential strength of this roster, with many guys ready to step up and play big roles for this team. Drake and Burkhead are slated to start but McCaffrey is also an option. TPD is excited to watch Mike Davis and Chris Hogan this week. If they play well, they could have an outside chance of making the starting lineup a week from now, if TPD were to be dancing. Kelce predictably bounced back last week and now has three straight home games. He must beast the rest of the way. The defense is in flux but the Chargers will get another start this week. Aaron Rodgers is eligible to return a week from now. Deciding between arguably the two best QBs ever for a MFFL playoff game would be something crazy, but TPD is singularly focused on this week.
The final regular season crescendo will take place at TPD Field House. What a fitting setting. TPD fans will cascade through the gates to witness another TPD triumph and a playoff birth. The momentum on the heels of a NASTY climax. The NASTY takes no prisoners in moments such as these. Come Sunday it will rain down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger. The TPD horns will sound, and the franchise's battle cry will carry with the wind, What is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. Once more, it all comes down to this.
Player Profile: Kenyan Drake
Drake was thrust into a feature role last week and the results were spectacular. He was brilliant last week against a stout defense. This week he will play on Monday night along side other TPD players, in what could be a playoff clinching night to remember. Drake will place the final touches on a playoff bound season and showcase skills that produce a single word to the minds of awestruck onlookers....THAT'S NASTY!

Week 13 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs La Flama Blanca
Date: December 3, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: Busch Field
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: A.J. Green
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
RB: Christian McCaffrey
RB: Kenyan Drake
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Michael Thomas
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Los Angeles (C)
It comes to this. Week 13 is a must win game for this franchise. A win keeps the season alive while a loss seals a non-playoff fate. It is unbelievable TPD is in this situation, again. The poor circumstance that plagues this franchise continues to find new ways to hold the team down, but none of that matters this week. Everything is on the line in a revenge game TPD has been waiting for.
Avenging one of the unluckiest losses in franchise history would be the cherry on top of keeping the playoff dreams alive. All the numbers illustrate TPD is far better than his record shows and this week is the time to prove it. The team is ready to explode after watching seemingly every other team have blow up weeks this season. The team is extremely confident that the blow up week is coming, the only question is when.
The starting lineup will feature many usual suspects, but some new comers will attempt to turn the tide. Kenyan Drake may start at RB as he is a feature back this week. Burkhead continues to produce and could be promoted to the starting lineup if McCaffrey's injury causes him to miss this week. Chargers D was picked up in preparation for a good matchup at home. Brady continues to perform at an elite level, while Kelce is destined to bounce back after a down week. The WRs are, and have always been, the key. They are all performing well this season, but have yet to put this team on their backs. TPD looks to them to shift the winds. Their consistent play has not been enough to date, it is time to turn it up a notch.
The NASTY is like a bull ready to burst through the gate. No words will be able to describe the carnage left on the field after this game. The NASTY from Dynasty will be unleashed.
TPD also looks to his franchise battle cry for this all or nothing game. "What is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger." The theme of last season rings loud and true in moments such as these. Wake up the echoes, band together, TPD calls upon nostalgic souls of old. Winds in the east, mist coming in, like something is brewing, about to begin.
Player Profile: Los Angeles Chargers Defense
TPD has been in these spots before. Huge lopsided matchups on paper with a player promising to deliver big points, only to have that player faceplat. Not this week. Not this time. The Chargers D will suffocate their out matched opponent en-route to a massive performance. Now is the time for TPD to feast on the good fortune so many others have forbiddingly tasted. In this moment, the eastern winds will change the tide, and carry TPD to heights once reached. The flight of the NASTY has begun.

Week 12 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs Imposing Monstrosity
Date: November 26, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: Tape Measure Field
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: A.J. Green
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
RB: Christian McCaffrey
RB: Danny Woodhead
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Michael Thomas
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Pittsburgh
Grinding Grinding Grinding. Here we go again. TPD played well last week but still lost. They are once again in desperate need of wins to make the playoffs. TPD's teams have deserved better each of the last 3 regular seasons but still this team will be ready for war with anyone who opposes.
The starting lineup hasn't change much as of late, with many guys performing well. The RB core has been solidified with multiple receiving capable options. The #2 RB this week will be a game time decision between Woodhead, Burkhead, and McKissic. The rest of the lineup will feature the usual suspects. TPD is very happy with his depth at the moment, with multiple players ready to step up in any disaster situation, like Rodgers and Olsen. It is a piece to the puzzle late in the season he has rarely had. TPD is tired of grinding, but he knows whats coming. Teams ahead of him in the standings may know it too, and if they don't, they will soon. TPD may have unfathomable circumstances to over come, but the adversity has made this team even stronger. TPD's free agent pick ups, gameday managing, and understanding of trends and themes has never been stronger. That development was stated to be the reason TPD would have success by the end of last season, and he did, winning a championship. That same reason will hold true this season, as TPD knows how to win games late in the year.
The NASTY needs no such unveilings. Anyone who has tamed the beast this season may have shown their best stuff too early. The NASTY will peak at the most opportune moment. The family room will shake with fear on Thanksgiving after Stros asks for more yams and cranberry sauce, only to be handed a giant, steaming, bowl of NASTY dressing. OH MY GOD NOOOOOO!
Player Profile: Christian McCaffrey
CMC comes off bye this week and will be reinserted into the starting lineup. His strong play as of late has reshaped the look of this RB core. The electricity has sparked a change in this team's performance and confidence. He will solidify his place as a player no one wants to see after a huge game this week. Run CMC. NASTY.

Run CMC. NASTY.

Week 11 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Glorious Morgans
Date: November 19, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: TPD Field House
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: A.J. Green
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
RB: Kenyan Drake
RB: Rex Burkhead
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Michael Thomas
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Pittsburgh
After two straight victories TPD is gaining momentum in preparation for the home stretch of the MFFL season. Four weeks remain in the regular season and this week presents a huge challenge. The squad is rounding into form, and they are performing the way TPD hoped after solidifying the roster right before the trade deadline.
This week is huge for multiple reasons as TPD is attempting to stop his opponent from breaking his longest winning streak record and keep pace in the race for the playoffs. The league is loaded at the top with five teams having 3 losses or less. The season continues to be a grind even with TPD playing well most of the year.
The roster is getting closer to its full potential with guys like Woodhead and Olsen possibly returning to action very soon. Rex Burkhead has been a frequent flyer to TPD's team, but has struggled to maintain on the roster week to week. He finally gets a chance to start for TPD and both parties are extremely excited for the well deserved opportunity. Brady will be reinserted into the starting lineup after the bye week looks to have rejuvenated him. Kelce's return is much needed after his backup scored a single point a week ago. The WRs continue to play well but excitingly, still have room to improve. Pittsburgh D has been one of the better late season draft choices for TPD in a long while. He cannot remember the last time he stuck with one defense for this long.
TPD is eagerly awaiting the full growth and potential of this roster. He hopes it will peak at the most opportune time. A win this week would be huge for the team's confidence, positioning, and perception. Never being in short supply of any of those things is the NASTY. It stands in TPD's corner as the propelling force behind TPD domination. The shape shifting blob of terribleness transforms into whatever form necessary for TPD victories. A huge stage in one of the biggest games of the year is the exact moment when the NASTY consumes all. This NASTY showing could redistribute the balance of power for the rest of the season. That's some NASTY man.
Player Profile: Rex Burkhead
Oh how sweet it is. TPD has never given up on Rex, picking him up seemingly ever other week in anticipation for moments such as this. Now that injuries are behind him, Burkhead is fulfilling his destiny on TPD's roster. The time is now when all takes shape with Rex a vital piece to the puzzle. The combination of him and Brady on Sunday will put the league on notice, in a fashion best described as NASTY. Let's do it Rex.

Week 10 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs ShowMeYourTDs
Date: November 12, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: TPD Field House
Starting Lineup:
QB: Marcus Mariota
WR: A.J. Green
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
RB: Christian McCaffrey
RB: Kenyan Drake
TE: Tyler Kroft
FLEX: Michael Thomas
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Pittsburgh
TPD turned back the clocks to last season and won a pivotal week 9 game. He fought for every point he could get after Green's ejection, but the boys came through in flying colors with everyone scoring in double digits outside of the kicker position. Just like last season TPD has to keep on winning in the ever competitive MFFL. He's had more bad circumstances this season with many players on the opposition week to week having their strongest performances against TPD. He has struggled with these horrible circumstances for years but battled through them last season and aims to try again now.
Week 10 is a most win game against a struggling team with bye week issues. He is satisfied with how the RB position has responded after poor performances all season. It is still not a hugely intimidating group but the production can be found, especially if Woodhead returns in a few weeks to a catching and redzone role. Brady is off of bye but will sit due to him playing at Denver without Hogan. Kelce is on bye and Kroft is blessed with the unbelievable opportunity of lacing them up for the TPD franchise. You know he will be pumped to prove his worth in what is no doubt the biggest game of his career. The RBs will be some combination of McCaffrey, Drake, or Rawls. All of whom have opportunities for a decent floor performance. The WRs remain the same. Pittsburgh is back after bye and they are ready to continue their strong defending. The team has played well but are still waiting for a blow up week. It may not happen here due to byes and poor match-ups but TPD feels like this team could have the makings of a unit that peaks at the right time. Peaking at optimal times is always a key.
Always peaking optimally is the NASTY. It returns home to the Field House with goals in mind. TPD knows what is at stake and knows what needs to be done. The NASTY will do whatever it takes to gain success, no matter the cost. Even if it means completely renovating the field after this weekend, due to a NASTY destruction of TPD's opponent. Grass can be regrown, but it will be hard to mend the damage done to the opponent's psyche.
Player Profile: Marcus Mariota
Marcus is on TPD's squad after a being signed through free agency this week. He goes up against the very team that drafted and cut him this season. Marcus was not a good fight on his old team and his play suffered because of it. But now that he is on TPD and his focus and excitement are maxing out. The best game of the season awaits him in week 10, a showing of NASTY magnitude.

Week 9 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs Tavon and Only
Date: November 5, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: TO Stadium
Starting Lineup:
QB: Brett Hundley
WR: A.J. Green
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
RB: Ameer Abdullah
RB: Christian McCaffrey
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Michael Thomas
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Philadelphia
TPD cannot catch a break. The horrible circumstances that have plagued this franchise during this league's history are truly remarkable. Last week they tied, but it should have been a win if not for his opponent's kicker scoring 13 points in the 4th quarter of MNF. There are a few other managers in the MFFL with bad luck, but no one has the same ridiculous circumstances attached to it like TPD. He is in dire need of a win and week 9 brings about some flash backs to last season.
Similarly to this season, week 9 last year was a big week for this franchise. They were playing Tavon on the road after suffering another defeat at the hands of bad circumstance. That week 9 match-up had Julio and Evans going on Thursday night. It was the turning point of the season as both studs balled out and TPD crushed his opposition. The same scenario repeats, as TPD faces Tavon in week 9 needing a win to salvage the season. Can history repeat itself?
Crazier still is the fact that TPD has the 3rd most points in the league, just like last year at this time. How is it that he is continually put in bad situations even while producing every season? It is a troubling thought, but an inspiring thought is remembering how well TPD played after this pivotal week last season en-route to a title. TPD aims to do it again, and he remains the most scarred ready team for moments like these, though he wishes one day he will not have to grind it out every season.
It is a homecoming parade in this week's starting lineup. TPD traded for many players that had left the organization earlier in the season. He is extremely excited to have all of them back. Brady is on bye but TPD has a weird confidence in Hundley this week. He expects Brett to shatter the public's low expectations. This week concludes the trading season of 2017, and he feels happy with how the lineup has shaken out after some devastating injuries early on. He knows what a winning team looks like and he feels he stacks up with most any team moving forward, though nothing is for certain. He has played better this season than his record indicates, again, but hopefully this week can be the start of something special just like a year ago.
Always special is the NASTY. There comes a time each season, typically in the 2nd half, in which the NASTY goes completely bonkers, leading to historical moments no other team can match in this league. The NASTY continues to brew towards such an occasion. When it unleashes, the whole league will feel it. "OH MY NASTY."
Player Profile: Michael Thomas
Welcome back Sir Thomas. The 11th overall pick of the 2017 MFFL draft, selected by TPD, is remarkably back on TPD's roster for the stretch run. It is a feeling of warmth and happiness shared by both parties of the reunion. Thomas has been consistently good all season, but being back on TPD will lead to greatness no doubt. This is a NASTY homecoming and a NASTY match-up awaits this budding star.

Week 8 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs La Flama Blanca
Date: October 29, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: TPD Field House
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: A.J. Green
WR: Keenan Allen
RB: Jalen Richard
RB: Tarik Cohen
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Alshon Jeffery
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Philadelphia
Another poor performance from TPD has his confidence waning. He has been struggling to score points and is losing ground in the East division. This week's match-up against LFB is big on importance and pride.
TPD made more moves this week, as always, and certain aspects of the maneuvering have increased his confidence in a few areas of the team. The addition of Alshon Jeffery as TPD's WR5 solidifies the position group and allows TPD to be more flexible and play the match-ups. This week presents one such opportunity as Cooper and Hopkins will be benched in favor of TPD's other WRs with better match-ups. Even with the loss of Beckham it is still the best WR core in the league. TPD is tied to Brady and Kelce, two superstars who have not performed at elite levels this season. Still, it is hard to imagine two other players at those respective positions he would rather have, so he will align his fate with their own and hope for the best. Philly will likely start two straight weeks as Pittsburgh has a tough match-up and then goes on bye.
TPD is no stranger to grinding it out during the long haul of a season, it is what he has done each of the last 3 seasons. He will take the experience and turn it into success. No one is more experienced, scarred, or prepared for the 2nd half of MFFL seasons then TPD. He has to make decisions with confidence in order to gain success, which he has done perpetually in the 2nd half of seasons. The catalyst for compounding success is of course the NASTY. It has been MIA as of late but it is best to not disturb a sleeping giant. The NASTY alarm clock is due to go off on Sunday morning, and the NASTY hates waking up to alarms. It will use that anger to power ahead and lead the way for TPD the rest of the season. Rise and shine its NASTY time.
Player Profile: Alshon Jeffery
Jeffery is no stranger to TPD. He has been drafted or traded for multiple times by this franchise. Things have not always gone smooth between the two but that will end come Sunday. Jeffery will be the spark to reignite the engine for TPD. A microcausem of TPD's season, Jeffery will break through with a blow up performance and leave the field scattered with NASTY droppings. Don't step on the NASTY!

Week 7 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Glorious Morgans
Date: October 22, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: Glorious Day Park
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: A.J. Green
WR: Keenan Allen
RB: Adrian Peterson
RB: LeGarrette Blount
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Amari Cooper
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Pittsburgh
TPD got demolished in rivalry week. Week 7 pits him against The Morgans in a battle for East division supremacy. It was an embarrassing effort last week but these weeks happen. TPD had a similar week last season and rebounded well the rest of the way, only losing once en-route to a championship. TPD hopes for something similar this year. The team remains strong, but it is fair to wonder if this squad will have a TPD-esque late season surge like so many squads of the past.
This week is the biggest game of the season for TPD so far. The Morgans have destroyed their opponents this season and are the unquestioned top dog entering week 7. TPD will have to manage his brains out in this one. He has been searching all season for any production from his RBs and this week may finally be the time. He traded for Adrian Peterson, after AD's great opening act with the Cardinals, and he also could insert players like Blount, Crowell, or Cohen for their first showings in TPD's starting lineup. The names do not invoke fear but TPD has more options. He is also excited about the potential return of Rob Kelley for Week 7.
Brady has to regain his MVP form in order for TPD's squad to be anywhere close to their potential. Kelce is set for another Thursday showing, yipe, he needs him to step up this week. The WRs changed again this week with the addition of Keenan Allen, who unfortunately goes against the Broncos, and Amari may find his way into the starting lineup as a post hype sleeper. TPD made a huge mistake last week not starting Pittsburgh D, a unit that has bleed for him all season, but they are back in the fold for this week and both parties are thrilled about it.
TPD has confidence entering this matchup even though he is coming off of a horrible week, plays the best team in the league, and has tough match-ups. He is going to roll with the feels in hopes of gaining a huge win. One thing that is always rolling is the NASTY. TPD calls upon the NASTY for this mega clash and the NASTy rarely fails to deliver. It has a high deliver percentage than Amazon Prime....which is saying something. Knock Knock, what's at the door? NASTY! Dare to answer?
Player Profile: Adrian Peterson
Fate is crazy. How Peterson ended up on this squad is truly remarkable. He looked dead in New Orleans but now he steps in as TPD's lead back. He has rarely been on TPD squads throughout the years but he is hoping for one last right of greatness from the Hall of Famer. To say AD is excited to put on the cleats for this franchise is a gross understatement, so gross in fact that it could be deemed NASTY!

Week 6 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs Imposing Monstrosity
Date: October 15, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: TPD Field House
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
WR: T.Y. Hilton
RB: Ameer Abdullah
RB: Elijah McGuire
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Amari Cooper
K: Wil Lutz
DEF: Atlanta
TPD is off to his best start in franchise history entering rivalry week #1. He is (4-1) and currently leading the East division on tie breaker. It is a great accomplishment for this franchise but one that is overlooked due to two other teams in the East also having 4 wins. Add the hot start to the TPD record books and move on; he cannot take a break at this moment. In store for TPD in week 6 is a battle against his new rival Stros and setting the rivalry stage early is a key.
TPD has been playing very well, scoring the 2nd most points in the league, but last week left him hurting. Odell Beckham Jr. is out for the season, a huge loss for this franchise. Beckham was a key member of last season's championship and this year he was off to a great start after TPD acquired him via trade in week 2. The best way to understand OBJ's importance to this team is the fact that Beckham had a TPD touchdown dance. The only other player to receive such an honor by the team's owner was the notorious franchise legend Calvin, Megatron, Johnson. The dance will sadly not be seen again this season, and TPD must find a way to move on.
Perhaps stepping up in OBJ's absence is newly acquired DeAndre Hopkins. Nuk has been sensational to start this season and the results are a kin to his 2015 blow up season. If Nuk can keep this pace he will undoubtedly have a special season. TPD put his faith in Hilton last week and Hilton did not disappoint. He needs another big game out of T.Y. this week. Amari Cooper has been MIA for weeks but he is too talented to stay silent for long. Expect him to bounce back in a big way, TPD hopes it is this week. The RBs continue to produce minimal output but there is potential this week due to guys gaining bigger roles and positive match-ups. He remains confident one if not a few RBs will solidify a slot in TPD's starting lineup moving forward. Brady is back at it on a Sunday. He has been great anytime he has not played on Thursday. Kelce may not play due to a concussion and Green is on bye. TPD once again starts a new kicker and for the first time this season he starts a new defense. This is not a lineup at full strength this week, but he still has the horses to run this race.
Running beside TPD is his loyal supply of NASTY. It has taken the momentum of last season and carried it over into early 2017. TPD's new rival will see for the first time on Sunday the awe inspiring sinisterness of the NASTY. The quakes, sounds, and smells of the NASTY will strike fear into his rival even before he gets off the bus at TPD Field House. Fans will fill the Field House cheering in witness to the new form of rivalry NASTY.
Player Profile: DeAndre Hopkins
There are question marks at multiple positions this week and it is times like these that TPD must rely on his stars. Nuk has rarely been on TPD's squad throughout many seasons, if at all, but the opportunity to play for this franchise is something you know Nuk is excited and ready to ball out for. TPD believes Nuk can have a special season for this franchise and the first opportunity comes Sunday. The time is now for Nuk to be NASTY. Scary stuff.
Week 5 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs I Love Brock N' Roll
Date: October 8, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: Wanna Brock Colosseum
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: Odell Beckham Jr.
WR: A.J. Green
RB: Ameer Abdullah
RB: Christian McCaffrey
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: T.Y. Hilton
K: Jake Elliott
DEF: Pittsburgh
TPD responded after a loss and acquired a huge win in week 4. The East is tight at the top meaning last week was a much needed win even though it was a non divisional game. TPD is now (3-1) to start this season, and a win this week would be a new franchise record for best start to a season. Last week also marked TPD's 50 all time regular season win, which is a huge accomplishment. On tap for week 5 is Brock, who is coming off a key victory in week 4.
Although TPD is happy with last week's victory, he is disappointed once again in his gameday managing. It is now two weeks in a row where he feels he has not performed to his potential as a gameday manager. He feels much of the circumstance can be accredited to the fact that he has multiple options week to week in certain positions, which is a good problem to have. Also, his RB core has been unpredictable so it has been difficult nailing down that position. It will not get easier this week as there are decisions to be made at RB and Flex.
Tom Brady is set for another Thursday game and the first one this season did not go well at all. This week however he is going against an injury riddled defense and the patriots will be hungry after an embarrassing loss at home a week ago. He has a chance for a big week but nothing is certain on Thursday night. TPD has to deal with an injuries to Beckham and QB issues with Cooper and Hilton. His WR core is not at full potential at this point in the season, but it should get there in the coming weeks. Such circumstances may open the door for Chris Hogan to play on Thursday. Hogan has been an integral free agent pickup for this franchise and many other teams around the league would pencil him into their lineups without hesitation, but being that he is on TPD's roster he has to contend with depth at WR. The RB room got an energy boost this week as he traded for C. McCaffrey. He has yet to fully explode this season but he has done well considering he has yet to score a touchdown. His numbers could spike if he reaches the endzone this week. Other RBs in play to start are Abdullah and recently added Collins. Both may have taken control last week and become the lead dogs for their respective teams. Kelce did Kelce things last week, after being TPD's player profile, but this week he goes up against a team he torched a year ago, who we think will sell out to stop this beast. Insert another new kicker. Pitt D continues to be one of the best end of the draft picks of 2017.
All and all TPD is happy with this start. It is scary to think this team should get better once guys get healthy and TPD gets back to his managerial ways. It could be all systems go at that point. Always clogging the systems of TPD's opponents is the NASTY. It swallowed massive gulps last week and now hits the road for another opportunity to eat. It crawls along the back runs in pursuit of another feast, hunting for TPD. The NASTY will be starved when it reaches town, ready to devour. Let the NASTY unleashing begin!
Player Profile: Pittsburgh D
There were many player options for this profile this week but Pittsburgh deserves their due. They were selected int he draft for their week 1 match-up but they have found a way to stay rostered and starting all season long. It's been a great ride considering TPD is a typical Defense streamer. They get the Jags at home this week and it is a prime blowup spot for a group already performing well this season. Their performance will be categorized as NAST-D....so NASTY.

Week 4 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Real McCoy
Date: October 1, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: TPD Field House
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: Odell Beckham Jr.
WR: A.J. Green
RB: Jacquizz Rodgers
RB: Ameer Abdullah
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Chris Hogan
K: Ryan Succop
DEF: Pittsburgh
Week 3 brought about the first loss for the TPD franchise since week 11 of last season. It was a devastating turn of events as TPD had the 3 highest scoring outputs of the match-up, but also had to watch in horror as 3 players, Jacquizz, Travis, and Amari, each scored 1 point apiece, torpedoing any chance TPD had at winning. Days like that are few and far between, and he will try to quickly move forward for a big match-up against the McCoy franchise.
TPD is still off to a strong start for 2017 and while last week was disappointing, his hopes remain high for this season. The last thing TPD wants to see however is the string of bad luck and circumstance that cursed this franchise during many of games of the MFFL in years past. Last week felt like those previous moments, but TPD still feels they have turned a corner in that regard and want to move away from such things this week. TPD's gameday managing was not as strong a week ago, but looking at his roster there weren't any conceivable changes that he should of been made, still he looks to get back to starting optimal lineups. He also received strong performances from bench players further building TPD's confidence in their current value and season long prospects.
Brady has been carrying the torch for this franchise over the last two weeks and TPD will once again use that leading light as the guiding force for this team. Beckham and Green showcased what a starting lineup with each of them in it can mean for opposition, and this week they both have great match-ups on paper. The RB situation continues to be fluid, but the addition of Gillislee should help to steady the ship for the short term. Kelce has to perform better, 1 catch, on 1 target, for 1 yard is simply unacceptable. TPD's RBs and FLEX will be gametime decisions. A new kicker is on the roster, and he is the NFL's leading point scorer. If Succop can continue this pace TPD may of found a diamond in the rough, but that is a big if. TPD will continue to roll with Pittsburgh D, as they have been usable in every week this season much to the franchise's surprise.
After two weeks on the road TPD is back in the friendly confines of TPD Field House. The fans will be out in droves for this mega match-up. The NASTY was all crushing in his first home game this season, and the barrels have been restocked with the excess run off for Sunday's battle. No amount of detailed schematics in the world will help TPD's opponent when the NASTY inches towards them with thundering impetus. It's just NASTY baby.
Player Profile: Travis Kelce
Kelce hurt TPD last week. He hurt him deep. But TPD will illustrate his confidence in his players by promoting Kelce to the player profile for this week. Kelce will be on display in primetime on Monday night. Anyone who knows Travis knows that he shines brightest when the spotlight is on. He wants to play big in these spots. It will happen this week and Kelce will get back in the good gracious of TPD. Fans will tighten hands towards their face in awe as Travis makes plays that could only be described as "Oh so NASTY" similar in nature to his dance moves.

Week 3 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs El Pollo Loco
Date: September 24, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: Burritoville
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: Odell Beckham Jr.
WR: A.J. Green
RB: Jacquizz Rodgers
RB: Ameer Abdullah
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Amari Cooper
K: Blair Walsh
DEF: Pittsburgh
TPD's 2017 MFFL journey enters week 3. He put on a show a week ago scoring the most points in the league. He is now (2-0) for only the 2nd time in franchise history. The previous time he started (2-0) his team set the individual game and overall season points record. Dating back to last season, TPD has now won 9 of 10 games including the playoffs. It's an incredible feat, though TPD knows it could be shattered at any moment. Like this week for example, when he faces the high powered Loco franchise.
Loco is no longer TPD's rival but ironically enough this season's match-up may be the most hyped of the series. Though the season is young, both teams look heavy at the top with fire power few teams can match. Loco is ready for this one and can't wait to put all their eggs into one meeting against TPD this season. It's a match-up expected to dazzle all fans of MFFL football.
TPD will try to sustain a 2nd strong week in a row from his lineup, a challenge TPD is perhaps the most historically able at doing. Brady bounced back in a big way, scoring 3 TDs in the first quarter. Even in a tough match-up at home, Brady is expected to be a star for this franchise all season. TPD is back at it again, making trades akin to the wild west. This week he acquired A. Cooper, a bright young talent that spent time on TPD's roster last season. The WR core now features Beckham, Green, Cooper, and Hilton as TPD's top 4 WRs. He is no stranger to such WR cores, but the accumulation of such talent before week 3 is quite remarkable. Only time will tell if TPD's moves will garner success, as most of his moves have an inherent amount of risk attached to them. The RBs will be jumbled together this week but he is happy to still have a RB in a feature role in Rodgers for the next two weeks, even with tough match-ups. Kelce played up to his standards a week ago and TPD's drafting of Pittsburgh has paid off as they have had relatively easy match-ups to start this season. TPD's excellent gameday managing has perhaps allowed him to win both of his early season match-ups. He will once again attempt to put his best foot forward for week 3.
All told TPD's roster looks stronger, at this stage of the season, than it has in previous installments of MFFL football. Work remains of course, but TPD is ready to go to war with this team all season, and his confidence gives franchise employees and fans hope. His confidence can best be illustrated by the incredible might of the NASTY ooze engulfing fields, players, and coaches for all who challenge TPD. The respect between TPD and his opponent this week is extremely high. So much so that these two use to share the same headquarters on Thanksgiving, where TPD would serve this manager a hefting bowl of NASTY each year. The invitation to the Thanksgiving meal will remain, as well as the respect, but the NASTY will be served weeks earlier for this massive early season match-up. Both squads will come hungry, ready to eat. Watch and find out if TPD's stomach will succumb to the most wretched tasting burrito even folded, or if TPD's NASTY juice will force Loco to crumble into submission and into multiple bathroom visits.
Player Profile: A.J. Green
A lot has been made about the lack of production coming out of the Bengals offense, but Green scored 12 in week one and 11 in week 2, both games against extremely tough defenses. If this is his rock bottom floor then Green is set to have some huge games in the near future. Green is salivating for the ball and don't be surprised if he gets it this week against a high scoring team on the road. The color of the NASTY this week will be GREEN. OH NO!

Week 2 Press Release
The Perpetual Dynasty vs ShowMeYourTDs
Date: September 17, 2017
Time: 1:00PM
Place: TD's Brothel
Starting Lineup:
QB: Tom Brady
WR: A.J. Green
WR: Chris Hogan
RB: C.J. Anderson
RB: Jacquizz Rodgers
TE: Travis Kelce
FLEX: Odell Beckham Jr.
K: Blair Walsh
DEF: Pittsburgh
For the 2nd year in a row TPD began his season in style, with back to back week one come from behind victories on Monday Night Football. Fans of the franchise rejoiced as TPD's stellar gameday managing once again put his players in a position to perform their best, and they came through with a huge victory. TPD picked up Blair Walsh a day before the match-up began and he started C.J. Anderson in place of Ameer Abdullah. Without each of those moves TPD would not have won the match-up. It's the nature of the beast in the MFFL, one flip of a coin changes the fortunes of all, but one thing that gives TPD and his fans confidence is his ability to more times than not make the right decision come gameday morning.
Week 2 begins tonight and TPD is squaring off with a familiar foe. The TDs franchise is the typical week one opponent of TPD, but they had to settle for a week 2 match-up as TPD did battle in a championship rematch. The TDs franchise is always confident and this season present perhaps their toughest challenge. Their roster is very solid from top to bottom and the differences in talent are negligible when comparing specific player match-ups.
TPD will look for a much stronger showing from Brady. If it does not come this week against the Saints then serious questions will arise regarding Brady's long term value. TPD is looking for bounce back weeks from his other stars as well, and better performances from Green, Thomas, and Kelce seem like a positive possibility. The late additions last week will remain in the starting lineup, Anderson and Walsh, while TPD could change it up in his flex with a possible free agent pick up from earlier this week.
Week one victories for TPD are somewhat of a rarity, but having it happen two years in a row gives him confidence. TPD is not forgetting though that he lost 3 straight after week one a year ago, and his team struggled to score points during that span. While a week 2 victory may not be a necessity, it would be a huge boost for a franchise plagued by slow starts. Giving this team an early buffer could spell doom for many a manager of the MFFL. While the NASTY may not have been maxed out on Sunday, it was still oozing everywhere as TPD scored over 100 points while his best four players combined for only 36 points. That's some scary NASTY. The TDs franchise is as confident as ever, but a NASTY display come Sunday may remind them of the awesome oozing power they have fell prey to in the past. The quest to conquer the East begins this week.
Player Profile: Jacquizz Rodgers
Remember last year in this same match-up when TPD's stunning selection of DeAngelo Williams paid off on a Monday night comeback victory over this very franchise. Well TPD remembers, and this week he will attempt do something of a similar sort. In steps Jacquizz Rodgers as the lead back for Tampa Bay, and with it big opportunities. It's a quintessential TPD move, and one that reeks of NASTY. Do it Jacquizz...do it.
Friday Update: TPD made a massive splash just before the Thursday kickoff. He acquired Odell Beckham Jr. OBJ was an invaluable piece of the championship puzzle last season and having him back in the fold for this year is truly remarkable and unexpected. TPD has taken on risks with a few trades of late, but the rewards could be exponential. TPD is working out a Beckham dance as we speak. NASTY.

NASTY.

The 2017 MFFL season knocks at the door of a champion. The time for reverence and fulfillment concludes, for a moment, and the time for focus and preparation now ticks. It is time for TPD to embark on yet another journey. The chronicles of 2016 are etched in stone. A championship for the ages. 2017 brings the same uplifting of nostalgia and anticipation, but with a new sense of foundation. TPD has always needed to exorcise their demons from the previous season when the MFFL turned a new, but not so for this season. A new approach, one built on foundations of gold, is what's in store for this esteemed manager.
Its unclear how the new emotions leading into a season will affect TPD. Perhaps it will allow him to grow even more as a manager, as the weight of his troubled past fails to bring him down. All that is certain is that TPD's focus and sharpness are at an all time high. His focus this week is on the task at hand, against his most recent opponent, for a huge remake of last season's championship affair. Unstopa-Bo was dealt a major blow to his lineup this week as Mike Evans and Jay Ajayi can not be started in week 1 as their game has been moved to week 11. This occurrence can only be viewed as a positive for TPD, but as we have learned from many a season in the MFFL, never count anyone out, ever.
TPD's lineup is mostly set, with the exception being his RB slots. Jacquizz Rodgers is no longer an option, so the choices are down to three. Abdullah, Kelley, and Anderson will all be in play come Sunday, and the decision will likely occur just before kick off. His QB will be Tom Brady. It is the first time in 15 years of playing fantasy football that TPD has had Brady on his roster. It is impossible to predict an outcome of Brady's presence on TPD's roster, as the rarity of the selection brings about questions. But if TPD's past history with 3rd round QBs, and Brady's own history, are any indication, the combo of Brady and TPD could be an outrageous positive. He is set with Green and Thomas at WR, and although Thomas has a bad match-up to start the season, TPD once again will rely on his WR's to set the tone for his starting lineup. Travis Kelce is a superstar TE, but may have a difficult night if the Pats try to take him out of the equation. Still, Kelce could have a monster season as KC's surefire beast target. The flex slot is all but certain as Diggs has a tremendous match-up but it is possible a change is made by gametime, though unlikely. TPD most deal with not have Gostkowski as his kicker for the first time in seemingly forever, but Vinatieri may have multiple opportunities for an offense doomed to stall during drives. Pittsburgh D could be in for a big day as they face a rookie QB who struggled winning 6 games in college a year ago. All told TPD is ready, and although his opponent is not at full strength, and close game is still expected.
The gravity of this moment, the fact that football is back and TPD is hours away form taking the field, is truly difficult to describe with words. TPD reached the mountain top last season. The climb was all that mattered. But after the reverence filled descent TPD is ready to once again embark on that journey, with a new foundation and pride. After all, what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. TPD will be carrying with him a jam packed, overflowing, grossness, all encompassing supply of NASTY. The NASTY devoured all opponents late last season and now it is hungry for more. Raising TPD's championship banner at TPD Field House on Sunday will be the perfect location and backdrop for the NASTY to once again feast on a TPD opponent. Beware all would be challengers, the NASTY seeps towards you.
Player Profile: Tom Brady
Many were in the running for this week 1 player profile spot, but at the end of the day, there could be no one else. For years UB has used Brady as their ultimate weapon, but this season the firepower will be pointed directly at them. Brady is now a TPD, and come Thursday night he will show exactly what that means for all who witness. This scary display of NASTY cannot be fathomed. Those with weak stomachs should avert their eyes. The NASTY in week 1 will be spelled BRADY. Let the 2017 season begin. How sweet it is.

Reverence of the past shaping the future
July has arrived and the offseason is officially in full swing. The next two months are important for all managers of the MFFL. It is a time in which strategies and philosophies are formed. It is a time when anticipation and excitement reach a crescendo. You cannot win a championship during these months, but you can certainly lose one. But even with all that, this time on the fantasy calendar means so very much more.
The time put in now shapes the reverence of the future.
The first offseason for TPD following a championship has been full of reverence for the past. In efforts to bottle the respect, passion, hype, and love TPD has for this game, he turns to the past, and the rich pages of TPD lure. These pages of TPD history are headlined by highlights of great games, plays, and performers from his accomplished past. Moments like Peyton's Manning's historic 2013 season, Aaron Rodgers and Jordy Nelson's 2014 season, Megatron being Megatron, Brandon Marshall and Chicago Defense 2012 season, Antonio Brown's 2015 season, Beckham, Evans, Mccoy 2016 season, Peyton's 7 TDs in week one of 2013, Rodgers 6 first half TDs in 2014, and 2014's 236 point game. Such memories are hard to encapsulate in a manner in which their importance and heart pounding recollections can be described. But it is within these moments that TPD's passion and joy for football is encapsulated. When honoring and respecting the past, these are the moments that TPD cherishes. They remind him why he loves this game so much. There is an indescribable feeling of joy he gets, watching certain highlights knowing that those memories are singularly attached to his franchise for that season, game, and play. The halls of MFFL glory hold such memories for all to remember and re-witness, but underneath their showcases is titled and engraved with the words The Perpetual Dynasty, marking their singular owner. He is thankful for such memories to be a part of his franchise's history and his soul. Such reverence though, is not without a lack of understanding of its foundation.
Such memories are built in these current offseason days, and they shine forever because of TPD's preparation now. Great reverence is born from great effort and preparation. Pride is drawn from such moments. It was within the time now that TPD is able to attach himself to moments like Peyton's 2013 season and the 2016 championship, because he picked the players based on his work from theses offseason days. The highlights cannot be undervalued, as those moments are the ones he turns to when remembering the great, undamaged, unblemished, chrome past. While the scars of the past will endure, they fade over time, and what is left is the glistening achievements of each moment, untarnished and forever bright. While the urge of many would be to cling to such reverence, it is not so for TPD. He understands that his drive and passion are what sculpt such masterpieces, and he cannot remember the past without understanding its foundation, the foundation built in these hours. One miss step or moment of indecisiveness can shape the fantasy glory of the future. It is truly a game of inches. TPD has lost out on the inches in times of old, but the inches he has gained have added up to feet, standing tall above the rest. The claim to such historic memories shine so bright than they are hard to view with a direct gaze, but there is no doubt they are TPD's within the confines of the MFFL, and the reverence for such memories is from foundations built in these months.
The upcoming July is exploding with this reverence. It is the fuel continuing to drive this TPD engine. It is unending and strong. The moments TPD will cling to in future are being crafted now, and that is an encouraging thought. He views it not as pressure or a burden, but rather a right of passage, in order to hold such amazing memories in his soul. It adds more meaning to TPD's already rich franchise theme: What is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. The rise speaks to the reverence. It shall always rise hard and strong, and uplift the soul of this embattled dreamer.

Once an unspeakable dream: Welcome to TPD 2017
The Winds of change bring about the days of summer and an approaching tide that is the immortalized MFFL. Riding the tide is an embattled dreamer, carrying behind him the perfect backdrop, an MFFL championship. TPD's vision that was 2016 is fulfilled; a glorious season brimmed with drama and intrigue.
It began as it has before, with TPD starting slow to begin a season. Following a massive 169 point effort in a Week 1 victory, he lost 3 straight games leading to a(1-3) record. Two straight victories brought his record to (.500), but it was followed by two more losses bringing his record to (3-5), just past the MFFL halfway point. It was a dark time, TPD fortunes were looking bleak. For during the rough start he was cursed with the same bad luck and unfathomable circumstance that had always held him back. But, in week 9, everything changed. In preparing for a must win week 9 game, TPD had the unfortunate circumstance of having two star players playing on Thursday night. Dating back many years in this league TPD has never performed well on Thursday nights, but in week 9 he had no choice and had to start his guys. When the night came the result was anything but expected, his players balled out, and their efforts helped in scoring 174 points in a week 9 victory. From that point forward TPD never looked back.He put up big point totals and won 7 of his remaining 8 games, including the playoffs, securing his first MFFL championship. During that 8 game span his opponents started slowing down and stopped scoring points against him. I suppose it was inevitable that TPD's luck would one day change, as it was foretold, but after so much heartbreak for so long the reverse in fortune was anything but expected. When all was over TPD had finally captured the ultimate prize, and once again left a littered trail of dominance and achievement in his wake. Efforts included: scoring the most points in the East for the 5th straight time, winning the East division for the 4th time in 5 seasons, leading the league in points for the 4th time in 5 seasons, and scoring 200 points in a game, only bested historically by his 236 point effort in 2014. They're all eye popping numbers, that somewhat go overlooked due to numbness surrounding such happenings. As simply as it can be stated, TPD did his thing.
For the first time since TPD created the MFFL, he enters an offseason without the pain and scars of the last season. He has officially exercised his demons. The result of which has brought about an even more ever-ready TPD. The theme of last season: What is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger, materialized; the battle cry forever validated and immortalized. It will now be the heartbeat of the dream that is TPD, enduring and solidified.
It is time to again capture the dream. Do not blink. Do not flinch. The road once traveled takes a new turn to a destination unknown. One thing is certain, TPD will embark on that journey, ever growing and changing, sights set on the horizon of the cold dark forbidding sky. What is dead may never die.
