Week 13 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs La Flama Blanca

Date: December 6, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Tyreek Hill
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: James White
TE: Dallas Goedert
FLEX: Cole Beasley
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: New Orleans

TPD won in dramatic fashion last week to keep his playoff hopes alive. Once again TPD's opponent came to play, a distressing theme from this season, but TPD answered the bell, led by an unbelievable performance from Tyreek Hill. Hill scored 58 points, and had over 200 yards by the end of the 1st quarter, scoring 3 touchdowns for the whole game. It was an explosion TPD had been waiting for, and it was well worth the wait. Hill's performance re-ignited the TPD sails, and will be remembered forever in TPD lore. TPD now has the most points scored in the league this season, averaging a ridiculous 153 ppg over is last four games. He has crafted the best team in the league and it is a shame the standings do not reflect that. He prepares for another week in which he gets to play meaningful MFFL ball. What a privilege.

The starting lineup is in flux for a 2nd straight week. He was right to be wary of Herbert last week, but Justin will likely get the start again this week. Taysom has played well, but TPD fears about him going up against a team that just got to play him two weeks ago, and will likely deploy a better scheme to stop him. Adams and Hill, that is all I need to say. They have been the two most dominant fantasy players all season. I guess TPD knows what he is doing placing faith in the WR position ever year. Jacobs may be out, but TPD is confident Booker will fill his shoes well. White gets a spot start, but it may end up being more if his receiving production holds moving forward. It is a sneaky strong pick up for TPD this week. TE will be a gametime decision, though TPD may end up starting both of them if he feels they can both exploit their match-ups. The flex could also be filled by Beasley or Edmonds. New Orleans has been playing great and gets a solid match-up this week. TPD will have to use his stellar gameday managing skills this week, as the optimal lineup is far from observable. He will trust himself and his experience, which separates him from everyone else this time of year.

Always separating is the NASTY. It was blazing past defenders last week at breakneck speed, and there is no slowing now. Even amidst terrible circumstance, the NASTY roars deep and impact-fully. There is simply no stopping this franchise. Year after year they are the dominant force in the league, and the NASTY is at the core of it. DyNASTY.

Player Profile: James White
White is set to explode this week. His receptions will be plentiful against a team that gives them up to RBs at a ridiculous clip. Ever since Burkhead's injury white has been playing at a high level. This week he will lead TPD to a victory, and prove once again the advantage TPD has over all others due to his ridiculously NASTY player evaluation and gameday managing. Expertise NASTY!

Week 12 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Imposing Monstrosity

Date: November 29, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Tyreek Hill
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mike Davis
TE: Dallas Goedert
FLEX: Brian Hill
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: New Orleans

TPD won last week scoring 155 points, tops in the league, and is still alive for the playoffs entering Thanksgiving weekend. That is a goal every season, to be able to watch football on Thanksgiving Thursday with fantasy implications. It has been a year from hell in terms of poor circumstance, but TPD has made it to this point. He is 2nd in the league in total points, averaging 145 a game over his last five, but only 7th in the standings. It's a joke as the comedian from Watchmen would say, but TPD fights on. He has the best team in the league. He aims to prove it in rivalry week.

Much about the starting lineup is uncertain entering week 12. At QB, TPD has a decision to make between Herbert and Hill. Herbert has been amazing, but is traveling to the East coast for a 1:00pm game, against a team coming off bye. Hill was great last week in replacement service for Brees, but that was at home against a bad defense. Starting Hill and his swiss army knife talents would be exciting for TPD. It would be an unconventional decision, especially with how well Herbert is playing, but TPD knows how to manage on gameday and makes decision few would ever dream of. It will be a game time decision. Adams and Tyreek Hill continue to operate as the two best WRs in fantasy. If TPD is to climb out of this hole he needs them to continue their dominance. Jacobs and Davis are reliable, but TPD is hoping for more receiving production out of both of them this week. TE will also be a game time decision between Evan or Dallas. Both warrant consideration. Brian Hill will enter the flex in spot start duties for the Falcons. TPD has been holding onto B. Hill for this exact moment. The results will be explosive. New Orleans is starting at D after a stacking big performances for many weeks. Kicker may be in flux due to the uncertainty regarding the Ravens Steelers game. It's the most potent lineup in the league, one all fear, but one with a major task in front of them. They will get it done. As long as air fills his lungs, he will fight. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. You down with TPD? Ya you know me.

Always full of life is the NASTY. Even with clipped wings this year it has been devouring all. On Thanksgiving it leaves no leftovers for anyone. It stuffs to its heart's and stomach's content. It is angry and ready to challenge any in its way. The storm is coming and it is a cloud of NASTYness, tearing apart anything standing in its way.

Player Profile: Brian Hill
TPD may have three Hill's in his starting lineup this week. One of which is his player profile B. Hill. He has been playing well all season in back-up duties, but now is his time to shine. Don't be surprised if Hill's day on Sunday captures the starting lineup for good. Surely you can't believe an injured Gurley will be relied upon late in the year for a terrible team. Hill will take over and dominate. It starts Sunday. Get your damn popcorn ready. Buttery NASTY!

Week 11 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs GrabbingThemTDs

Date: November 22, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Tight Grip Palace

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Tyreek Hill
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mike Davis
TE: Dallas Goedert
FLEX: Christian Kirk
K: Justin tucker
DEF: Los Angeles (C)

It is now or never. TPD is pushed to the brink. A season in which he is 2nd in points scored has only amounted to a (4-6) record. The bad luck continues and now it all comes down to this. TPD has to win out, and he needs help along the way. The odds are against him, as every other playoff team is getting fortunate wins left and right, but none of that matters now. TPD is backed into a corner once more, and just like in week 9 of 2016, his playoff hopes rest on Thursday Night performances. The fact that he is averaging 143 ppg over his last four, amounting to only a (2-2) record is meaningless. Christian Kirk may be asked to be more than just a flex this week, with Adams looking questionable to play on Sunday. Such an injury would also likely force Chase Edmonds back into the starting lineup on Thursday. Injuries have taken their toll on this roster and TPD's studs have not been able to stay healthy. This team deserves so much more but it will take what it can get. There is no quit in this team. Watch on Thursday as TPD lays it all on the line, and secures the victory admits terrible circumstances. He has done it before and it shall be done again.

Week 10 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Glorious Morgans

Date: November 15, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Christian Kirk
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mikes Davis
TE: Dallas Goedert
FLEX: Chase Edmonds
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: New Orleans

TPD exploded last week for his best week of the season. He scored 180 points and the return of Christian McCaffrey was nothing short of spectacular. Unfortunately McCaffrey got hurt, again, so TPD must find a way to win this week without two of his best players, CMC, and Hill who is on bye. TPD needs this win this week, and we think he'll get it. He has scored the 2nd most points in the league this year, yet shockingly is in 6th place. It has been that kind of season, but TPD's fight always continues. Every week playing meaningful MFFL ball is a gift, and TPD cherishes every moment of it. It is his passion and he will never stop. Nostalgia and Reverence course through his veins.

The lineup remains mostly the same. Herbert has been dominant and will put on a show against another rookie QB this week. Adams is unworldly right now. He is TPD's engine. Kirk has been playing well and returns to TPDs starting lineup with Hill on bye. A good week could keep him in the flex moving forward. The RBs will try to fill the void left by CMC, but all of them are more than capable. The TE spot will be a game time call as Engram has been playing better and is seeing crazy targets each week. New Orleans gets a spot start in a critical match-up. On paper this is the best team in the league. He has been scoring points consistently as of late and this team is just itching to go on a run. It has to start this week and it will. TPD's hardened nature will rule the day.

Always ruling is the NASTY. It erupted last week and sent shivers down the spines of all would be combatants. It takes no prisoners and cares for little, outside of TPD dominance of course. Its rule is unquestioned and unrelenting. It comes for you.

Player Profile: Justin Herbert
Herbert has been unbelievable and now his patience pays off as he is finally TPD's player profile. TPD knew he got a gem off waivers when Herbert joined the team and TPD's faith has been rewarded. Herbert is destined for one of those magical seasons in which he caries teams to championships all across fantasy, out of nowhere. That is exactly what he will do with TPD and the beginnings of that will be shown this Sunday. Momentum piecing NASTY!

Week 9 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs La Flama Blanca

Date: November 8, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Busch Field

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Tyreek Hill
RB: Christian McCaffrey
RB: Josh Jacobs
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Chase Edmonds
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: Washington

TPD could not hang on for a victory last week, even though it was likely deserved. The squad came to play but got hamstrung by poor performances from Goedert and Scott even though both had an amazing match-up. The breaks aren't falling TPD's way but that can all change in a moment. No roster is as ready to explode as this one.

McCaffrey is likely back this week and not a moment too soon. His explosion ability is un-matched, and it makes TPD's team infinitely better. Adams and Hill have been beasting, a trend he hopes continues. Herbert made the surprise start for TPD last week, and it was a beautiful display of proper gameday managing. Herbert starts again in a great match-up. His play this year has been remarkable. He is a top 10, maybe even top 5, QB the rest of the way. Jacobs rebounded last week but could still manage to secure more catches. Engram gets a start this week after once again playing below average a week ago. He is due for his first TD of the season at some point. Washing takes over for LA at defense. It was a fun run with LA but their match-ups are brutal over the next few weeks following their bye. TPD will be back to streaming defenses. The season hangs in the balance, but all is not lost. Apparently the fantasy Gods love nothing more than placing TPD in such spots.

Always in the right spot is the NASTY from Dynasty. Roar!

Player Profile: Chase Edmonds
This spot could have gone to McCaffrey or Hebert, but TPD has been waiting for this moment all year. The moment when Edmonds takes over in the explosive Cardinals back field. His time is now. He will prove he is the best back on that team, as he has been all season. Once given the reigns he will not relinquish them. His ascension will be the turning point of TPD's season, blazing the trail for one NASTY TPD lineup down the stretch. Burn the trail!

Week 8 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Coop's Return

Date: November 1, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Ryan Tannehill
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Tyreek Hill
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mike Davis
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Boston Scott
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: Los Angeles (R)

TPD needed a critical week 7 victory and he got it. The lineup played well, headlined by a Davante Adams explosion. Entering Week 8, TPD has to keep the momentum going. Last week his gameday managing was on point, and signs are pointing to a classic TPD mid season run of dominance. McCaffrey will likely be back next week, that's when the ball really gets rolling, but a win this week without him is still crucial to his long term season success. Even with all the chaos of this year, TPD is only one game out of first place in the East division entering this week. His time is now. Bear witness.

A major change to the starting lineup is in store for Week 8. TPD has been suffering from poor QB play all year, so this week he is altering it entirely. Tannehill and Herbert will now compete every week for the starting spot. It will likely come down to match-ups, but the fact that TPD plucked both guys off of free agency is amazing. They are both playing at extremely high levels, and TPD's player scouting was on point picking them up when he did. They are both QB1s the rest of the way, and this week will be the first week they prove it on TPD's roster. The rest of the lineup remains the same. Adams is killing it when on the field. Hill is ready to explode, against the Jets on Sunday. Jacobs is about to go on a run late in the season like he did last year. Davis and Scott likely get one more week in the starting lineup. TPD will have strong players coming off bye in week 9, but all focus is on getting his third win out of four in week 8.

Always keeping focus is the NASTY. It feasted a week ago and now gets to come home for a crucial divisional match-up. This will be the first time TPD's week 8 opponent goes up against the NASTY, need I say more? The NASTY will show who draws ranks in the Eastern division, now, and forever. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger.

Player Profile: Ryan Tannehill
TPD is finally ready to unleash Tannehill. He has played at an extremely high level ever since joining the Titans a year ago. Many have doubted his talents, but the answer is clear. He is a QB1. He will slice and dice the Bengals secondary with elite efficiency come Sunday. All will understand the weight of his true power, now that he dawns TPD colors. Styling NASTY!

Week 7 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Unstopa-Bo

Date: October 25, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Funny Bone Stadium

Starting Lineup:
QB: Cam Newton
WR: Tyreek Hill
WR: Davante Adams
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mike Davis
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Boston Scott
K: Greg Zuerlein
DEF: Los Angeles (R)

TPD performed horribly last week. He will burn the tape and move on to week 7. It has been a horrible start to the year, but hope is not lost. In 2016 TPD was in a similar situation in the middle of the season, faced with starting two players on the dreaded Thursday night in a must win game. Those two exploded and led the team to a 174 point effort, en route to his first championship ever. TPD is now faced with a similar must win scenario, and two players going on a Thursday. History is about to repeat itself.

The roster has to start performing better. The studs have to stud. He hopes to get McCaffrey back next week, but that is not for certain. Engram gets one more chance to start for TPD. If he fails to produce he may be at risk of being cut from the roster all together. TPD took Engram in the 6th round, instead of the other guy ranked right next to him in TPD's rankings, Kyler Murray. It may be a decision that haunts him for some time, but this week Engram has a chance to prove himself. Tucker is on bye but he has played like the kicker TPD hoped for when trading for him. He is a classic TPD guy. It's time for Cam, Tyreek, and Adams to step up. It is now or never. TPD's back is against the wall, and to fight his way out he must be unconventional, like he has so many times before.

Always unconventional is the NASTY. It took a week off but will return for week 7. Playing on the first lady's birthday, expect to see some fireworks. Blow out the candles NASTY fireworks.

Player Profile: Boston Scott
On that fateful Thursday night in week 9 of 2016, TPD called upon Evans for his player profile. TPD now turns back the clock and calls upon Scott. Scott will be featured in every way possible, and surge through setting the tone for the rest of the week. The unconventional duo of Engram and Scott will send shock waves through the league, signaling TPD's return to the competitive ranks. Such bursting through the door NASTY. TPD fights until the last. Each meaningful game of MFFL ball is cherished by TPD, for it is a gift, and one that is never taken for granted. What a great opportunity indeed, to continue the MFFL fight come Sunday. Special.

Week 6 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Imposing Monstrosity

Date: October 18, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Tape Measure Field

Starting Lineup
QB: Cam Newton
WR: Tyreek Hill
WR: Davante Adams
RB: Mike Davis
RB: Alexander Mattison
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Chase Edmonds
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: Los Angeles (R)

TPD won last week, snapping a 3 game losing streak. The team was juiced up after TPD traded for the best RB in fantasy football Christian McCaffrey, and even though CMC is hurt and didn't play last week, the excitement and juice was evident. It was a bold move, TPD destroyed his depth to acquire CMC, but the results were already dynamic. Mike Davis performed the best of anyone in TPD's lineup, and continued production from him would reduce the need for a speedy return from CMC, though obviously TPD wants to start his new ultra mega weapon sooner than later.

TPD stated heads would roll if he started (1-3), and thats exactly what happen. He did the same thing in 2016 before going on to win his first championship, and the sights for this year are squarely on the same price. The optimal lineup once healthy is truly terrifying. TPD's arrow is pointing up. The master of moves is at it again, and the whole league has been put on notice....again. He molds and crafts a lineup like no other. Time to ham.

Newton and Adams are back and ready to rock. Hill will look to continue his beastly ways. So far, the atypical decision to draft Hill where TPD did is paying off. He hopes for a classic Hill explosion soon. Jacobs is out on bye, but TPD will start two high end replacements. Davis is on a roll and has surprised everyone in his replacement of CMC. Mattison finally gets a chance to prove he is the best handcuff in the league after a Cook injury. His match-up is the same one Davis exploited a week ago. Chase Edmonds will also start for the first time all year, after proving each week he is the best back in Arizona, just itching to get more playing time. TPD has been holding onto those two players all year in preparation for moments such as this. Now is their time to shine. Engram continues to be ok, but TPD thinks he will catch his first receiving TD of the year this week. The Rams D has stuck on TPD's roster for many weeks now. It is rare when he doesn't stream defenses, but that speaks to how well they have been playing. Tucker continues to be ultra consistent and reliable. This team is so similar to TPD teams of old. It has pure NASTY talent everywhere, and it aims to dominate. This is what he does, he trades, scouts, and moves in ways others can't even see or comprehend. Always innovative and ahead of the curb, for what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. You down with TPD?

Always down with TPD is the NASTY. It roared last week. A roar that sent chills down the spines of all others in the MFFL. The beast has awoken. Take your bites of TPD when you can, because that time ends quickly. Entering week 6, that time is officially up. The NASTY will flex throughout the remainder of the season. It comes for you.

Player Profile: Alexander Mattison
Davis was a strong candidate for this selection, he has been playing so well. But this week had to be Mattison. TPD has been waiting, perhaps longer than others would have, but now his patience will be paid off. Mattison is going to shred on Sunday. He will display a NASTY plethora of balanced skills and well roundedness. He's, like TPD, has been waiting for this chance, and all will be left on the field. Smooth NASTY baby!

Week 5 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs El Pollo Loco

Date: October 11, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Drew Brees
WR: Tyreek Hill
WR: T.Y. Hilton
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mike Davis
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Chase Edmonds
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: Los Angeles (R)

TPD is in a hole. He has lost three straight games. Last week was ridiculous. He lost Newton to Covid, and Adams was a shock inactive, leaving TPD with no one to start on Monday Night in his WR2 spot. Without those two things happening, victory was all but assured. It has been a brutal three weeks for this franchise, but this week he put the league on notice once again, displaying his toughness and determination, trading for the best player in the league.

Christian McCaffrey is now a member of TPD. The 1st overall pick of this year's draft comes back to TPD, the team that has owned him more than any other to this point in McCaffrey's career. CMC has won two championships with TPD, both times in which TPD traded for him. The move sent shockwaves through the entire league. One thing is clear, if this is to be a down year for TPD, he is not going down without a fight and he will make such an ending worthy of remembrance.

TPD has made splash moves like this before, but never for an injured player. The hole could deepen after this week considering the talent TPD gave up to get him. But once healthy, he will form a dominant force of NASTINESS with TPD's other stars the likes of which have rarely been seen. CMC, Hill, Adams, Jacobs, and Newton are straight up stars. Look out league, no matter how deep the hole, this team will terrorize all.

The starting lineup is a mess this week after this trade. TPD is scrambling to find a starting nine he feels comfortable with. For now Hilton and Edmonds will man the vacated spots, though both are looking for better days than they have had to date. Brees is playing on Monday Night at home, a recipe for success for this likely one week flyer. Jacobs is bound to get rolling at some point, it could be this week against a defense that has struggled against the run. Mike Davis has played well in CMC stead, and this week he has an awesome match-up. Engram will likely have his best game of the season this week. It is going to take unexpected circumstances for TPD to come out on top this week, but that is fantasy football, and non one does it better than TPD. He fights tooth and nail when backed into a corner, and the weight of such fierceness is about to be laid at the feet of every opponent hence forth.

Always laying NASTINESS at the feet of opponents is the NASTY. It is time for it to eat once more. It did not like the previous main courses, so TPD went and got it some prime choice CMC steak. Naw on that, and devour all. The NASTY leaves none alive in its wake.

Player Profile: Tyreek Hill
Last week's player profile didn't even play. Thats how crazy of a week it was. This week's is a player ready to explode. All year TPD has witnessed huge performances from players across the league, now it's his turn. Hill has been great this year, but has yet to have his signature explosion. That all changes this week. He will light the lamp often and torch a trail towards a TPD victory. Blazen NASTY! Peace!

Week 4 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Real McCoy

Date: October 4, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Cam Newton
WR: Treek Hill
WR: Davante Adams
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: James Robinson
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Tyler Boyd
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: Los Angeles (R)

TPD has lost two straight games and is in danger of falling into a huge hole. He has not started this poorly since 2016 when he started (1-3). Entering week 5 of that week TPD made a roster overhaul trading away anyone that was not performing, specifically acquiring a bevy of big named WRs. Entering week 4 this season, TPD has once again crafted a formidable WR core. Hill, Adams, Boyd, Brown, and Hilton give him unbelievable flexibility each week and trade value in spades. TPD went on to win his first championship in 2016 and proved his metal as a survivor. Things are less desperate currently than 2016. He is top 5 in points scored and currently holds the most difficult schedule in the league. Things will turn around, and everyone knows it. But as he stated in 2016, a (1-3) start is unacceptable, and if it happens again, heads will roll. The time for screwing around is over.

The lineup remains largely the same, as many of TPD's best are still performing. He welcomes back Adams from injury and a new defense will try to exploit a very favorable match-up. James Robinson shined last week, even in a loss. He has been unbelievable, and TPD's claim when he got him that Robinson was about to explode and TPD got him on the cheap, seems to have been all too accurate. The roster is shaping up on the bench, per usual, and soon TPD will reach his full potential, per usual. The time to play TPD is early, everyone knows this, but that time is quickly ending. He will evolve into his full form this week and set the tone for the rest of the season.

Always setting the tone is the NASTY. It has roared hard this year and will soon be paid off for its efforts. Coming home to the House after two straight defeats is just what the NASTY needs to feast once more. Expect a belt loop or two to be loosened from its waist after this devouring. So full NASTY.

Player Profile: Davante Adams
He's baaaack. After a one week absence, and shortened week 2 game, Adams returns to give TPD a boost. He is an unquestioned top WR and one that transforms TPD's lineup when healthy. At home on Monday Night against a undermatched foe is just what the doctor ordered. Adams will displays his powers just like he did in week 1. The catalyst has arrived, and he is ready to burn rubber in a NASTY acceleration. The NASTY smoke!

Week 3 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Glorious Morgans

Date: September 27, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Glorious Day Park

Starting Lineup:
QB: Cam Newton
WR: Tyreek Hill
WR: Davante Adams
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Jame Robinson
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: A.J. Brown
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: Arizona

TPD blew it last week. He benched Cam Newton and lost his match-up by two points. It was a terrible mistake and one that may cost him in the weeks to come. He is not use to such terrible gameday managing, but rest assured he will get it fixed. He is now motivated and educated to never allow something like that to happen again this season. This week presents multiple challenges as many on the roster are injured and the match-ups look brutal.

If he is to win this week, star players will have to shine. Newton, Hill, and Jacobs will have to keep doing their thing. Robinson continues to impress after another huge game last week, and now gets showcased on Thursday Night against a bad Miami team. Thursday may be his official 2020 coming out party. Adams and Brown are hurt and may not play. Hunt may man the flex after torching TPD last week, a theme throughout Hunt's career. If you can't beat em, join em, welcome to the squad, for however long it lasts. Engram bounced back last week but is still looking for his signature huge performance. Given the match-ups and uncertainty, TPD's roster may look different come Sunday.

Always looking the part is the NASTY from Dynasty. Last week it was hamstrung by the manager himself, even though it was primed for a victory scream. This week it will let loose its pent up energy. Those poor people.

Player Profile: Evan Engram
TPD has been nailing his player profile to start the year. This week will be no different with Engram smashing on Sunday. With Barkley and Shepard hurt, look for him to explode onto the scene, and have his best game to date on this young season. That's a T.E. NASTY!

Week 2 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Baker's Chubbin'

Date: September 20, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Nationwide Pavillion

                                                                   Starting Lineup:                                                                       QB: Cam Newton
WR: Tyreek Hill
    WR: Davante Adams
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: James Robinson
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Tyler Lockett
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: Arizona

TPD blasted through the gates in week 1, scoring the most points in the league with 167. It was a dominate effort from the league's most dominate team. Adams and Jacobs combined for a ridiculous 80 points on Sunday. Newton showed his skill and potential in his new offense, fulfilling the prophecy as TPD's player profile. His spot start defense did exactly what he envisioned, and now TPD has a massive target on his back entering week 2, but that is nothing new for this franchise.

TPD was scrambling this week to acquire a serviceable starting RB2, after multiple injuries a week ago. He feels he accomplished his quest by acquiring James Robinson via trade. Robinson is an undrafted rookie, but dominated back field work for a surprisingly competitive Jacksonville squad last week. It is not often a team is able to trade for a feature back, but TPD may have struck the deal before Robinson's value exploded through the roof. Newton is the presumed starter, but TPD has a sneaky suspicion Jones will play well again on Sunday. It could come down to a game time decision. Hill, Adams, and Lockett remain elite plays at their positions, each of them having a chance for a blow up this week. Jacobs balled out last week and now plays his first game in Vegas on Monday Night Football, a spot he is sure to excel in. Engram disappointed in week 1, but figures to bounce back in a big way on Sunday. Perhaps the most unsung strength of TPD's roster is his potential star power at RB lurking on his bench. Mattison and Edmonds are the best handcuffs in the league, but also offer weekly production were TPD to be in a bind. The inevitable injuries to the starters ahead of them will pave the way for firepower to enter TPD's lineup just when he needs it. Patience will be the key, as well as more active moves in the weeks to come. TPD knows how to handle a roster such as this.

The NASTY knows how to handle all situations, and last week it man handled their opponent. What a way to open the gates of TPD Field House in 2020. This week the NASTY heads on the round for their first visitor appearance of the young season. It rides a wave of gnarly sludge filled toxicity. It will dissolve the very foundations on which the match is played. Acid laden NASTY!

Player Profile: James Robinson
TPD had many big named players to choose from for this week's profile, but it is the unsung hero that dawns this week's colors. It is a daring move from TPD, but one that will pay big dividends. Robinson is the lead back in Jacksonville, and he proved last week he has skill to match. TPD rode the unquestioned Jacksonville lead back last year to great heights, and he will do so again this season. Robinson is about to explode onto the scene, and stake a claim in TPD's starting lineup for the long haul. Coming out party NASTY!

Through the fog. The long burdensome summer is over. Football is back. In a year with so much uncertainty, TPD is going to appreciate every moment. He already holds reverence and nostalgia dear to his heart, but this year is going to be unlike any other. He prophesied last season that his reign of dominance would continue, and it did, as he amassed a (12-2) record, further cementing his greatness. He prophesied that the would be challengers of recent years would fade first, and they did. For no matter how much success, acclaim, or dominance he amasses, there is no one who can match his dedication and hunger. That is why he will forever be dominate and forever reign supreme. And now, entering 2020, he makes confident claims once more. No one will be more suited than TPD for a season such as this. It will shine out the clearer his skill and aptitude. Who else could be more ready for the wild and active such as this?, no one.

This may be one of TPD's better starting lineups entering week 1 in some time. He is not a stranger to slow starts to a season, due to going WR heavy in drafts, though each of the last two years he has gotten off to hot starts. He may be able to keep the hot start momentum with this lineup, featuring the usual elite WRs, but this time with a much better starting RB staff. Jacobs steps in as TPD's unquestioned #1. He has been hyped all offseason, and showed last year his elite potential. Hill and Adams are unquestionably two of the top three best fantasy WRs in the league, and he has them both locked down before the season even starts, after a mega trade for Adams the night of the draft. The RBs will continue to reshape behind Jacobs, but Bell, Akers, Edmonds, Thompson, and Lindsay give him flexibility he rarely has to start a season. He is going in hard on Daniel Jones, but getting the week one nod will be Cam newton, who is on a new team with an incredible week 1 match-up. Even Engram is a stud when healthy, TPD hopes his health holds throughout the season. Lockett is the best player in anyone's flex to start the season. He traded for Tucker, along with Bell and Lockett; and after a season in which the Ravens had unprecedented efficiency in the red zone, expect Tucker to regain the top K spot in the NFL. It is an explosive lineup with only one thing on its mind, dominate. If history is any indication, the lineup is only bound to get better. What a scary thought for thus looking on in awe.

The NASTY is always good under any circumstance. It always steps up for the biggest of occasions. Look for it to consume all on Sunday. After months of laying dormant this off season it is ready to feast. The NASTY from Dynasty is now and forever, the fuel of each TPD season. Show your NASTY side.

Player Profile: Cam Newton
Get ready to witness a rebirth. This tale has been told so many times before. A player, thought to be a has been, goes to New England and is reborn. Now take into account the remaining skill left in Newton, and extrapolate the rebirth success by a dozen. Newton is going to feast this year. He and the organization have so much to prove. If he can remain healthy, there is no telling how good he could be. Week 1 will show everyone how truly wrong they have been in evaluating him. Akin to the 7 TD performance Peyton Manning laid at the feet of TDs in week 1 of 2013, Newton is going to go berserk on Sunday. Bear witness to a most extreme display of NASTYness. Unholy NASTY Baby!

Once a Questioned Rule, Now Absolute

"A lion does not rule the jungle with sheep at its side."

For years TPD's greatness was cast partially in shadow. His inability to win a championship cursed his every breath. But after three straight championships in 2016, 2017, and 2018, crafted from years of battle hardened prowess, his snakebitten ways were cast aside. For none now live who remember it. What's left is a king, with unquestioned rule. Time and time again, those who wish to challenge such rule are swiftly cut down. For it was foretold, who would fall first, TPD or the rest. Even in a 2019 season in which TPD did not win a ship, his right to the throne was made that much more validated.

He finished the regular season (12-2), tying the best regular season record of all time. He won 11 of his last 12 games from week 3 on. He amassed a (7-1) divisional record and once again finished in the top 4 of scoring, a mark he has never fallen below in the league's history. He made the playoffs for a 7th time in 8 seasons, a mark no other manager can boast. There is simply nothing else TPD must accomplish to further solidify his reign, yet more achievements await soon.

A hunger has been awakened. The weight of endless championships leaves a man with the torturous knowledge of knowing the run will eventually end. But once it is ended, the fear is gone, and the spark is renewed, for nothing now burdens him, and all that is left is drive built from reverenced success and nostalgic bliss. More, so much more, is yet to come, and all know the score. You know of what I speak, for you have seen it. All know the score.

He will now embark on achieving his 4th championship in 5 seasons. There was once a dream that was TPD. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish. It is now solid and enduring. First cast in stone, then dipped in gold, then ablazed in starlight, and now his sights turn once more towards the horizon. This embattled dreamer will extend a hand again towards glory filled blinding skies. He has become a power too great and terrible to imagine, molded by pain, hope, nostalgia, reverence, and golden achievement. Ever growing and in his prime. TPD's dominance will endure, his fate tied to the nostalgia and the nostalgia tied to him. They are one, the reverence and TPD. Sound in the deep TPD horns of 2020. Set the tone for the forthcoming wave of NASTY. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies. Welcome to TPD 2020. You down with TPD?
