The same old story, different day. The Morgans put up 132 after not scoring above 114 all year to beat TPD and solidify his fate as the cursed one. The mega addition of J. Jones was not enough to get a victory, as Julio put up an atrocious 5 points, leading TPD to demote him to the flex for week 9. TPD played well across the board and continued to make the best decisions for his team via free agent pick ups and gameday managing but there is nothing else that can be done. TPD's schedule is simply overpowering with only one team scoring below 125 all year. Maybe week 9 will be different considering TPD's opponent has many bye weeks to contend with.

Much of the lineup will remain the same in preparation for week 9, though his RB and TE situation will be monitored throughout the week with guys hurt or on bye. He is hoping the three musketeers at WR can finally produce during the same week and spark something for this franchise. The pick up of Carolina D last week was a huge success and they may have grabbed hold of his starting D spot the rest of the way if they perform well again this week. TPD had good times with Charcandrick (Charizard) West last season and the injuries to the Chiefs back field may open the door for a repeat performance. TPD hates Thursday gamedays but he will have no choice but to start two star WRs on Thursday this week. A strong start on a Thursday would be a welcomed change and perhaps the spark TPD needs.

TPD is 3rd in points entering week 9. That stat helps illustrate the fact the the NASTY, although not fully functioning, has still been producing at a great clip. It's the same as last season when TPD finished 3rd in total points. Even while experiencing a 2nd straight season from hell TPD will never give up and never lose faith in this team or it's direction. His luck will have to change eventually and when it does TPD has proven he will be ready. The NASTY will be unleashed over everything near its barrel of nastiness. Week 9 may be the start of something big and smelly, the NASTY holds the truth and the key. Doubting only speeds up the NASTY encompassing.

Player Profile: Mike Evans
One of the most consistently great fantasy players of the 2016 season finally makes TPD's player profile. Evans has been phenomenal this season and he takes the stage on Thrusday with Julio to change the course of this season. He has to be the one to carry this team at a time like this. His steady hands and production will be the light leading the way through the darkness...oh and he'll be doing NASTY things along the way.
