The King is back. TPD is back in the playoffs again. The unquestioned top dog in the illustrious MFFL  returns to the final four, this time with the momentum of a truly unprecedented season carrying him. 2226 points scored. 1986 points scored against. Seven game winning streak to close the season. Entering the playoffs, TPD has the 3 top scoring players in all of fantasy, all of whom were drafted by TPD back in august. The league's best draft ever, could become the league's best team ever, were TPD to finish it out with two more victories. But just as a golden coronation ceremony was set to begin preparations, an old friend decided to pay TPD a visit, poor circumstance.

TPD checked his alerts with horror as two starters for this week's playoff game were placed on the covid list within 20 minutes of each other. Taysom Hill and Dalvin Cook will both miss this week's game. It was a chilling reminder of what the playoffs are all about. It is a beast unlike anything anyone witnesses in the regular season, and if not respected, will devour you before you even have a chance to relax come Sunday. TPD has felt its cold sting before. It's what hardened this manager into a champion. And now that it returns, TPD welcomes it with a smile reserved for an old friend. If this is what it must take, then so shall it be. TPD will unleash his full arsenal of managerial skills this playoff season, and once again prove how no circumstances anymore can hold this team down. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. A golden dreamer, reaching once more towards glory filled skies. The TPD horns will sound in the deep all the clearer. Your true king has returned, and his thrown awaits his embattled, stone etched, and golden body.

While Allen is the likely starter, as he is the current top QB in fantasy, TPD knows not to mess with awful match-ups in the playoffs. That leaves the door open for the unlikeliest of heros, Tyler Huntley. He is currently starting for the injured Jackson in Baltimore, and his performance last week was scintillating. Huntley has the wheels and the arm to lay down one NASTY performance come Sunday, but Allen gives zero F's. He will fight all week to remain TPD's leader. Davante is set to start TPD's playoffs, playing his game at 4:30pm on Christmas Saturday. His initial explosion will set the stage for TPD's championship run. Now that Cooper Kupp's regular season is officially in the books, it is time to write the book of his 2021 dominance. This 2021 TPD 4th rounder was a high valued target of TPD all offseason, frequently slotting into TPD's team in the 4th round of mocks. It is a season that will be remembered forever, but one with yet an unwritten ending. He is chasing history in the NFL, and if he captures it, his reach will bring back with it an MFFL championship. Everything that was just said about Kupp, can be copied and pasted for Taylor. TPD said in Taylor's player profile weeks ago that he was set to become the league's best RB, and the story has played out just as he planned. What a season it has been for those two. Their highlights for reverence will be some of the best ever, and watched for decades to come. Mattison is tasked with filling Cook's shoes yet again. He is game, and will not disappoint. The league's best fantasy handcuff will shine on once more. Brown's shenanigans have paused for a brief time, allowing him to be inserted into TPD's starting lineup. With Evans and Godwin both out, Brown is set to be a bonafided WR1 this week. What a power FA addition he will make, one in a long line of TPD history. Marquise Goodwin anyone? Pitts will have his best game in weeks, playing against the lowly Lions defense. McPherson will bang 50 yarders all day, while Seattle will continue to produce, just as the have from the second TPD made them full time starters.

The NASTY has eaten nothing but the finest of meats all season, savoring every last bite. Its roar come Saturday will wake the echoes of legendary TPD teams, players, and performances from his storied golden history. Banners will be flown and skills will be drawn. The shine that has emanated from this team all season will explode. Shine on TPD, you shine on.

Player Profile: Davante Adams
Adams has been crushing lately, as is customary. Playing the Browns at home on Christmas is what people in the biz call a smash spot. He will put on a show for all the little girls and boys. He'll slide down the chimney with NASTY toys and tricks, eating all the browns cookies and milk. What a ho ho ho NASTY performance. One fit for jolly man with magical powers.
