On the heels of scoring 175 last week, and 190 the week before, TPD has catapulted to the top of the MFFL standings. The squad is scorching earth, and laying down one dominate performance after another. Quintessential TPD. More impressive is the fact that once again TPD's opponent last week came to play, scoring 164 points. That makes a league average against TPD of 153 ppg this season. Were it to continue, TPD would obliterate the all time hardest schedule in a single season record. That is one record TPD does not want to carry. His poor circumstance is as bad as ever, but his perpetual dominance is as dazzling as ever. TPD came to play this season, like always as before.
The starting lineup this week is littered with new faces due to many byes. It is a rag tag group designed for one purpose, to continue TPD's dominance. While expectations must be lowered, the standard remains the standard. Carr and Ruggs form one explosive stack. Adams is destined to explode at home against a poor opponent. Kupp continues to be one of the best players in all of fantasy, and one of TPD's best draft picks of all time. Taylor has crushed each of the last two weeks, and is settling in as an every week RB1. Williams gets the spot start, more on him later. Pitts is back from bye and ready to tear up the league.
Always tearing up the league is the NASTY. It has been operating at full capacity this season, with its sights set on the horizon. It comes for all, devours all, slays all, and is all awesome might. Quake with fear ye mortal fools, the NASTY comes for you.
Player Profile: Darrel Williams
TPD has kept faith in Williams all season, and last week proved why. Williams took KC's starting RB job and ran with it. A few more performances like that, and the job will remain his for the rest of the season. This week will be one NASTY performance in pursuit of that. Look for Williams to lead this rag tag group of bye week starters into the promise land. Gameday managing at its finest, such a NASTY spot start.
