Week 8 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Glorious Morgans

Date: October 31, 2021
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Josh Allen
WR: Cooper Kupp
WR: Emmanuel Sanders
RB: Dalvin Cook
RB: Jonathan Taylor
TE: Kyle Pitts
FLEX: Darrel Williams
K: Younghoe Koo
DEF: Los Angeles (C)

TPD won his third straight game a week ago. Bye weeks galore could not prevent TPD from tasting sweet victory. Over his last three games, he is averaging 173 points per game. Truly staggering numbers. He is first in the standings and first in points, all while having the most difficult schedule in the league. It's been a special season so far. One TPD hopes to continue to be special for the long haul.

This week he must deal with Adams being out due to covid, which is a huge loss. Stepping into the fold will likely be Sanders, coming back from bye. But don't sleep on Higgins getting a start at flex, after TPD traded for him mid week. Allen is back from bye and ready to rock per usual. He's been the best fantasy QB throughout the first half of the season, and could be on his way to his first NFL MVP honors. Cooper Kupp, what else is there to say. He's having a remarkable season. TPD did his homework on that guy. Cook is back from bye and ready to eat at home against the Cowboys. Look for Dalvin to have his best week of the season. Taylor has been destroying teams, more on him below. Pitts is proving to everyone why TPD drafted him. He's simply a freak playing the TE position. Williams will likely draw the start at flex, though as mentioned previously Higgins is vying for that spot as well. Even for his lofty standards, TPD is playing at a level even he may not have known previously. Simply stunning. Year after year he finds new ways to prove his dominance.

Always dominant is the NASTY from Dynasty. It has been extra NASTY this season, guiding TPD to beastly territories.  After a year, last season, in which ridiculous circumstance held him back, the NASTY is letting no such thing happen again this year. Even though the difficult circumstances have remained, TPD has fought on, molded by the scars of his past, and ever diligent to be the best form of what a manager can be. What is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. You down with TPD? Ya you know me. Shine on TPD, you shine on.

Player Profile: Jonathan Taylor
Taylor is proving to everyone what makes him so special. He is a rare blend of size and speed, and he is quickly taking over the NFL as one of its premier RBs. TPD's faith in him has been rewarded. This week he is back home, and ready to do battle against Derrick Henry of the Titans. Taylor will out duel his counter part, and set the tone for one NASTY rest of the season for this young stud. Take the thrown Taylor, you are the King now.

Week 7 Press Release

 The Perpetual Dynasty vs Unstopa-Bo

Date: October 24, 2021
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Funny Bone Stadium

Starting Lineup:
QB: Derek Carr
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Cooper Kupp
RB: Jonathan Taylor
RB: Darrel Williams
TE: Kyle Pitts
FLEX: Henry Ruggs III
K: Matt Prater
DEF: Arizona

On the heels of scoring 175 last week, and 190 the week before, TPD has catapulted to the top of the MFFL standings. The squad is scorching earth, and laying down one dominate performance after another. Quintessential TPD. More impressive is the fact that once again TPD's opponent last week came to play, scoring 164 points. That makes a league average against TPD of 153 ppg this season. Were it to continue, TPD would obliterate the all time hardest schedule in a single season record. That is one record TPD does not want to carry. His poor circumstance is as bad as ever, but his perpetual dominance is as dazzling as ever. TPD came to play this season, like always as before.

The starting lineup this week is littered with new faces due to many byes. It is a rag tag group designed for one purpose, to continue TPD's dominance. While expectations must be lowered, the standard remains the standard. Carr and Ruggs form one explosive stack. Adams is destined to explode at home against a poor opponent. Kupp continues to be one of the best players in all of fantasy, and one of TPD's best draft picks of all time. Taylor has crushed each of the last two weeks, and is settling in as an every week RB1. Williams gets the spot start, more on him later. Pitts is back from bye and ready to tear up the league.

Always tearing up the league is the NASTY. It has been operating at full capacity this season, with its sights set on the horizon. It comes for all, devours all, slays all, and is all awesome might. Quake with fear ye mortal fools, the NASTY comes for you.

Player Profile: Darrel Williams
TPD has kept faith in Williams all season, and last week proved why. Williams took KC's starting RB job and ran with it. A few more performances like that, and the job will remain his for the rest of the season. This week will be one NASTY performance in pursuit of that. Look for Williams to lead this rag tag group of bye week starters into the promise land. Gameday managing at its finest, such a NASTY spot start.

Week 6 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Imposing Monstrosity

Date: October 17, 2021
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Josh Allen
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Cooper Kupp
RB: Dalvin Cook
RB: Jonathan Taylor
TE: Ricky Seals-Jones
FLEX: Emmanuel Sanders
K: Dustin Hopkins
DEF: Miami

Guess who's back back, back, back again, gin, gin, Davante's back, back, back, tell a friend. TPD traded for the best WR in football last season directly following the draft. The results were spectacular. Adams was an absolute freak. This season, Adam's has picked up where he left off, and TPD couldn't wait any longer to try and make a move for him. Once again TPD has made moves no others could even dare to dream of. He acquires skill and talent all year, and then strikes when most opportunistic to get the big fish. Once again TPD has a WR unit featuring two players in the top 5 of the position, something he does every year. It is officially go time.

Last week TPD foretold the upcoming onslaught and spike in play. He used two WRs going on Thursday Night as a catalyst to kick start the team's engines, like he had done previously. Well it worked. He scored a mind numbing 190 points last week, the five time he has scored 190 points, or more, in a game in team history. His faith in his draft has paid off. Allen, Pitts, and Taylor have started to play to the level at which TPD knew they could. He now has the 2nd most points in the league, and the most formidable lineup in the league, like he has done so many times before, including last season. This season's record results will be much better. Teams are still averaging 151 points per game against him, which is nuts. But the king is back, he never truly left.

This week is rivalry week, and TPD aims to put on another show. The lineup is fierce, and TPD is happy with his bye week and streaming decisions, looking to prove once again he is the best at gameday managing.

Always the best is the NASTY. It secured its first road win last week and now comes home to maintain its undefeated home record. TPD Field House is calling, and the NASTY must answer.

Player Profile: Davante Adams
There could be no one else. TPD's team captain from last season is back, ready to finish what he started. Last season left a sour taste in Adam's mouth, but now he has the chance to make it all go away. Look for Adams to once again be peppered with targets and production. TPD understands the injury risk, but he cares not. This is the last dance for Rodgers and Adams in Green Bay. They will dismantle their opponents all season. Beast time Adams, what a NASTY acquisition.

Week 5 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Chicken Noodle Coop

Date: October 10, 2021
Time: 1:00pm
Place: The Coop

Starting Lineup:
QB: Josh Allen
WR: DK Metcalf
WR: Cooper Kupp
RB: Dalvin Cook
RB: Jonathan Taylor
TE: Kyle Pitts
FLEX: A.J. Brown
K: Younghoe Koo
DEF: New England

TPD must rebound quickly for a big eastern division clash in week 5. The team took a week off last time out, but they'll turn the lights back on this week. TPD is faced with the crazy scenario of his two star WRs playing against one another on Thursday night. How fitting a scenario, for this has happened before. Entering week 9 of 2016, TPD was reeling. Much like this season, the team was good, but horrible circumstances were holding him back. Years of bad luck were taking its toll on TPD, and he needed a spark in order to keep the focus. That week placed Mike Evans vs Julio Jones on Thursday Night. TPD wrote in his player profile how Evans had to be the spark, and lead this team through the darkness. A tough ask, considering Thursday Nights had long been horrible to TPD. TPD's requests were answered, and the rest is history. Evans and Julio balled out, changing the course of TPD's season, and helping him when his first of three straight championships. And now, history repeats itself.

TPD is once again getting owned by the fantasy gods. Teams are averaging a ridiculous 155 ppg against him in 2021. If it continues, TPD will face the same fate he faced a year ago. But that all changes now, for the stars are aligning once more. DK and Kupp are going to light it up on Thursday. They, like the two WRs before them, will change the course of the season, and set their sights on the horizon. TPD's time has come, and he will devastate all.

Helping matters will be Josh Allen. He will put on a show against the Chiefs on Sunday. Cook and Taylor will do it all, while Pitts will visit the endzone for the first time this season. Call all banners. Sound in the deep horns of TPD. Your franchise is calling, will you answer the call? The NASTY will finally break free of its chains. Its full force will be felt, starting on Thursday. You down with TPD? Ya you know me. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. Shine on TPD, you shine on.

Player Profile: Cooper Kupp
Kupp is having a special season. One TPD foretold, and one that will live in the pages, and highlights, of TPD's reverenced history books. He and Metcalf will exchange haymakers series after series. TPD's comin up, and he wants the world to know. Kupp is bout to go off. A NASTY TPD re-entrance is comin.
