TPD knew they were walking into a buzzsaw last week and the expected loss came to fruition. But the silver-lining shined out the clearer. TPD's decision to make Darius Slayton his player profile last week was a move of pure genius. Slayton was even better than he could have ever hoped. He scored 35 points and proved once again the depth of skill TPD is working with in this game of fantasy football. He's sharpening and hardening for another run at it all. If you got beef then bring the ruckus, TPD ain't no one to mess with.
A win this week may seal an Eastern Division crown, which would be TPD's 5th in eight years. It's a big week and TPD is getting his boys back. Watson and Nuk return from bye but have a terrible match-up on the road at Baltimore. Fournette and Mack do battle in the same game, while Waller looks to return to his early season glory performances. Jones and Singletary get spot starts, both have shown the ability to produce big numbers in any week. Adams is on bye. Johnson looked terrible last week and will ride the bench until he proves he is healthy enough to perform at a high level. A sneaky FA pickup Cohen may get a spot start if Montgomery is ruled out before kick off. The match-ups are tough but TPD is ready to explode. Once again he is saving his big performances for late in the year, watching everyone else use up their blow up performances early. The stage is being set once more and TPD is ready to perform beautifully again.
Always as beautiful and terrible as the dawn is the NASTY. It is slumbering slightly, getting ready for when it will be needed. It knows the game and waits patiently for the proper time to pounce its prey. Expect a sneak preview this week in a big win.
Player Profile: Rams Defense
TPD jumped at the chance to pick up this unit when they were dropped by another team. The talent is undeniable and they are ready for a NASTY performance at home against the Bears. NASTY party in LA.
