TPD won again last week and is now (6-1) half way through the regular season. It has been a dream season so far and last week was no different. He scored the most points in the league even with David Johnson burning him with zero points after being active but only playing on the first play of the game. The team is slowly closing in on their full potential and TPD traded back for Marlon Mack, a player he sorely missed after trading him away earlier in the season.
He patiently awaits the return of Davante Adams which he hopes will be this week but it remains uncertain. Fighting for playing time is the newly acquired Ty Johnson, who will fill the void left behind in Detroit by Kerryon Johnson's injury. Ty may get a spot start this week if David Johnson is ultimately ruled out, but he would have to beat out some other quality RBs to do so. Hopkins bounced back last week and will look to ruin the league in the 2nd half of the season. Watson is looking for a bounce back performance this week. Waller finally scored a week ago and remains perhaps the best FA pick up of this season. Pittsburgh D is back in the starting lineup for a juicy match-up against the Dolphins. Gould has steadied a previously shaky K position. Fournette did what he has done all season and continues to produce as a top 5 RB. TPD is rolling and there are no signs of stopping. His team continues to show how much room there is for big performances at every position each week. Keep this train a rolling and don't look back. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger.
Always rolling is the NASTY. Man has it eaten so far this year. It's belly remains cavernous however, and it will continue to dine on the loins of its opponents. It's been picking the meat from the bone all season and will do so again once more this week. It's thorough mindful eating NASTY!
Player Profile: Marlon Mack
Welcome back Mack. It is time for Marlon to reel it in and blow up on Sunday. His devastating patience, power, and cutting ability make him primed for a strong second half and a stellar game on Sunday. The o-line will pave the way for Mack's best performance of the year and solidify his position on TPDs team. Diesel mac truck ready to rock. 10-4. NASTY!
