Week 4 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Real McCoy

Date: October 3, 2021
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Jerry World

Starting Lineup:
QB: Josh Allen
WR: DK Metcalf
WR: Cooper Kupp
RB: Dalvin Cook
RB: Jonathan Taylor
TE: Kyle Pitts
FLEX: Allen Robinson
K: Harrison Butker
DEF: New Orleans

TPD's two game home stint was a successful one, securing two definitive victories. He now goes on the road for two games. The team has been playing well, but there is still room for improvement. At least for three weeks, he has avoided a dreaded slow start, but he must keep his sights set on the horizon, a (2-1) start means little.

Josh Allen finally played at a MVP level last week, and TPD hopes the momentum continues this week, playing at home against a weak opponent. Cooper Kupp has been the best WR in football. TPD predicted a possible reverence highlights type season, and so far it has been true. Metcalf had his best game last week. Cook looks likely to return from injury, while Taylor gets a weak run defense to hopefully right the ship after a slow start. TPD has to start seeing better production out of Pitts, or else he will look to make a move at the TE position. Robinson comes over via trade, and TPD has more to say about him in the player profile. New Orleans makes the spot start, returning home after the hurricane displaced them. That crowd will be crazy, and the defense will use the energy to put up big numbers for TPD.

Always using unrelenting energy against its opponents is the NASTY. It enjoyed home cooking each of the last two weeks, but it now must carry that comfortability on the road. At stake for TPD is a (3-1) start. A stark contrast to the (1-3) start of last season. Like TPD has done so many times before, he is putting the pain of the past behind him, and laying the ground work for a special season. This week will further cement that.

Player profile: Allen Robinson
ARob has been a major bust to start this season, but TPD is hoping he bought low on a player right before an explosion. Changes to the offensive playing calling could be a huge boost to this team and to Robinson himself. Playing against the lowly Lions, expect Robinson to play his best game of the season. ARob will also want to put on a show, now dawning the TPD colors. Show out Robinson, put on one NASTY performance. Prove once again why TPD is the best manager in the league. Mattison did it last week, and now, it is your turn.

Week 3 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Baker's Chubbin'

Date: September 26, 2021
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Josh Allen
WR: DK Metcalf
WR: Cooper Kupp
RB: Dalvin Cook
RB: Jonathan Taylor
TE: Kyle Pitts
FLEX: Courtland Sutton
K: Harrison Butker
DEF: New England

TPD scored a crucial victory last week, hanging on, as his opponent delivered a late onslaught. Through the first few weeks of the season, TPD has the toughest schedule. His poor circumstance that has followed him for years, is laying it on extra thick to start this season. He hopes to get bigger performances from his studs, in order to overcome the difficulties. TPD is ready for such things, always ready. He is battle hardened. For this you know.

Entering Week 3 he needs to see better production from Josh Allen. Even in a tough match-up against Washington, TPD feels a big came coming from Allen this week, silencing the doubters. Cooper Kupp has been amazing. TPD targeted him all offseason, and now everyone knows why. Kupp has a chance to have a special season, which could be one that TPD enters into the reverence hall of fame highlights. Metcalf is itching to explode. The signs point to that happening very soon. Cook and Taylor have been fine, but have yet to be the 1st and 2nd round picks TPD hoped for. His patience with them will pay off, even if Cook is banged up entering this week. Pitts proved last week his potential, and he will only get better. Sutton has been better than expected so far this season, and TPD puts faith in him this week, slotting him into his flex.  As was the case last week, TPD still has a lot of explosion left in the tanks, this week could be the unleashing.

Always unleashing is the NASTY. It marked its territory at TPD Field House last week, and will do so again this week. The Field House is the toughest place to play in the MFFL, and the NASTY is the reason why. Straight gorged.

Player Profile: DK Metcalf
It is finally time. He has sat back and watched Lockett explode over the first two weeks, but now it is his turn. Metcalf is so overdue it isn't even funny. He will light it up on Sunday, and prove he is the #1 WR TPD drafted. His stats on Sunday will be just as shredded as his physique. Pure beast NASTY.

Week 2 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Unstopa-Bo

Date: September 19, 2021
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Josh Allen
WR: DK MetCalf
WR: Cooper Kupp
RB: Dalvin Cook
RB: Jonathan Taylor
TE: Kyle Pitts
FLEX: Miles Sanders
K: Harrison Butker
DEF: New England

TPD performed fine in week 1 but ended up with the loss, after his opponent scored a week 1 record 182 points. There isn't much to do against such an onslaught. TPD will keep his focus and heading on the horizon. But, this isn't a man that takes losing lightly, and he once again was active during the week following a loss, making many moves in an effort to change it up and improve.

The biggest move came in the acquisition of Miles Sanders. Sanders was excellent in week one, and showed everyone that his talent has never been in question. If Philly continues to lengthen the leash on him, there is no telling how good he could be. TPD may have just acquired a RB1, right before his ascension, meaning at a discount. Allen played fine against the best defense in the league last week, but TPD needs him to be the player TPD hoped he'd get when drafting him, which is an elite QB play. Metcalf and Kupp performed well, and both have the feel of players ready to make scoring as WR1's a consistent theme. This week will help determine their trajectory. Cook and Taylor were as advertised in week 1, but both have a lot left in the tank. Pitts ran many a route last week, but the box score did not reflect it. Look for him to have a better week 2, even in a tough match-up. TPD also hopes to get more stellar performances out of his bench this week. He made some sneaky moves this week, picking up players discarded by others teams, he feels too early. Time will tell, but TPD knows what he's doing.

Always knowing what they are doing is the NASTY. Playing at home, in front of fans, for the first time since two seasons ago, the NASTY will finally be free to display its full power and awesomeness. Welcome home NASTY, would be rulers stand no chance.

Player Profile: Miles Sanders
Sanders has never been a TPD player previously. His coaching staff has always limited his potential by running a committee. But TPD is putting faith in him, and Sanders will return the favor. Look for him to have perhaps his best game as a pro on Sunday, setting the stage for one juggernaut of a TPD RB core. Potential RB1 in the flex?, value NASTY!

Week 1 Press Release 2021

The Perpetual Dynasty vs ShowMeYourTDs

Date: September 12, 2021
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Tight Grip Palace

Starting Lineup:
QB: Josh Allen
WR: D.K. Metcalf
WR: Cooper Kupp
RB: Dalvin Cook
RB: Jonathan Taylor
TE: Kyle Pitts
FLEX: Marquez Callaway
K: Harrison Butker
DEF: New England

TPD is back baby! 2021 promises to be a special season, evidenced by his stellar 2021 MFFL draft. TPD changed up everything this season, taking two RBs with his first two picks. Those two RBs just happen to be two of the best in the entire league. He then secured stud value WRs Metcalf and Kupp in the 3rd and 4th. Topping it all off, he stole Josh Allen in the 5th round and Kyle Pitts in the 7th. It is a squad designed for a single purpose, to destroy the likes of MFFL men.

You can smell it in the air, feel it in the earth, football is back, and TPD has his best week 1 starting lineup ever. That is a scary thought. You know he is going to wheel and deal his way to a superstar lineup, and the weapons he already has at his disposal are lethal. TPD is bouncing back this year, he never truly left. The only thing that held him back was his quintessential bad circumstance.

TPD is already in a hole. He lost Gus Edwards for the year, and watched as his week 1 opponent's #2 WR exploded for 40 points on Thursday night. Here we go again. TPD is so use to this, he hardly even bats an eye. Still, it is frustrating. If he had half of the good fortune others in the league have he'd hardly lose a game. You may hold him down for the briefest of moments, but never for long. He will endure, and fight back to secure a huge week 1 victory. His team will flex on Sunday, regardless of how much the fantasy world stacks against him. Shine on TPD, you shine on.

Always shinning is the NASTY. It sparkled last season to a 3rd place point total, but the wins just wouldn't stack up. That all changes come Sunday, for the NASTY hunts all. It knows the score entering Sunday, and it cares not. Watch as it engulfs the field of Tight Grip Palace and takes with it all the would be TPD opposers. Just plain NASTY. The NASTY from Dynasty has been fueling TPD for years, and its force has been the most explosive in the league. It shall continue.

Player Profile: Dalvin Cook
Not since Arian Foster in 2012, has TPD drafted such a high profile RB. Cook is a remarkable warrior, ready to have his best season while dawning the TPD colors. His week 1 match-up is prime for a smash spot. Much like Foster in 2012, Cook's weekly consistency will carrying TPD to heights once reached, and beyond. Like TPD, he is always stretching towards the sky, taking grasp of glory filled achievement. NASTY reach measurements. TPD 2021 begins now. You down with TPD? If you got beef then bring the ruckus, TPD ain't no one to mess with. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. Shine on, 2021 style.
