TPD is in unprecedented territory. This Sunday will mark his third straight season playing for it all in the MFFL championship. Such an accomplishment would have seemed unfathomable a few years ago do to poor circumstance that kept great TPD teams from such opportunities. But the hardships sharpened this team and created the monster it is today. Not weighed down by the sheepish mentality or fear of making risking atypical moves, like benching studs who had carried him all year, has created the most dangerous TPD teams in this franchise's history, and the three straight championship appearances are the validation's foundation. TPD is thankful for every game he plays in the MFFL that carries meaning, and playing this late into the season with all on the line for three years in a row is a true privilege. Hair raising focus and anticipation are on tap for TPD's third installment of championship football.

Much like the last two seasons in which TPD had to put his managing skills to the test with multiple difficult lineup circumstance, this season is no different. Conner and Beckham look like they'll both miss the all important championship match. It is devastatingly bad fortune but a factor TPD overcame last week and looks to repeat now. The biggest decisions TPD must make reside in the TE, FLEX, #2 WR, and DEF categories. The TE position has plagued this team all year. TPD will do whatever it takes to get points out of that position and the constant struggle has been an education for him in noticing the keys and trends for that position. Don't be surprised if it all comes together for the final week and he finally gets a TE to play well for him. The DEF is currently Cleveland at home against an injury riddled Bengals, but obvious overmatched offenses going against TPD DEFs in playoffs past has seemingly never worked out. The DEF analysis will continue throughout the week before a final decision is made. With Beckham likely out, that leaves four players in position to secure only two spots. #2 WR will either be Cooks or Nelson. Cooks has explosive ability but has been torpedoed recently by the awful play of Goff. Nelson is rolling lately and has a home night game against a Denver squad with nothing to play for. In what may amount to the Raider's last game in Oakland, expect the team and specifically Jordy to ball out. It would not be shocking to see TPD make the unbelievable move and start Jordy for the championship. The FLEX will either be Jordy or Cooks or a RB, Williams or McGuire. Williams is presented with a huge opportunity as a lead back and he played well against a tough defense last week. McGuire has survived by scoring TDs lately but continues to get work like a lead back for the Jets. All of these decisions will come down to the last minute but TPD is no stranger to such dilemmas, he will make the right decisions come Sunday. The rest of the Lineup takes no such tinkering. Wilson is at home on Sunday night ready to explode against a terrible defense. This is his game and his time. Brown heads to New Orleans for a likely shootout, still primed for a classic Brown blow-up. McCaffrey is and has been TPD's best player. At home in a great match-up the recipe is perfect for McCaffrey to close out the season with a tremendous bang. Chubb is also in a blow up spot at home against a depleted Bengals defense. Tucker will do the kicking duties in a tough match-up on Saturday, but there is no way TPD is removing the best kicker of all time from his lineup. Tucker will come to play regardless of circumstance. TPD has waited for the blow up game all year, but so far it has failed to happen like it had for so many teams this season. Even now, with hope for such a game waining, TPD looks to his studs to pull through, and take what is rightfully theirs. Other's have had their time, now is their time. They will go out there and take it.

This lineup is far from it's elite potential, but so what. TPD cares little at this point about the unrelenting gravity of poor circumstance. He has conquered it multiple times before and will conquer it again. Always conquering is the NASTY. It has carried TPD to this point three straight times and will not stop now. It takes shape from Dynasty and will, like so many times before, come again. The NASTY bows to no man.

Here we are again, on the doorstep of history. TPD will reach towards blinding rich skies again, grasping at golden coronation. The foundation he stands on now stronger and taller than ever, for what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. All is revealed. Sound in the deep horns of TPD. Who will answer the call. TPD is marching once more to war. These moments will last for ever in a bust cast of stone, finding it's way to the halls of TPD lore. Reverence and nostalgia it's divine purpose. TPD is forever grateful to have such moments, such moments that fill his soul and motivate him continually to never stop reaching for it all.

Player Profile: Christian McCaffrey
TPD will look to his best this Sunday. McCaffrey has been the IT this season. Now more than ever he must march to war with TPD. It is on his shoulders that TPD will ride. With multiple players ready for blow-ups McCaffrey must set the tone. His leadership helped secure a title for TPD last season and he's repaid TPD's contract extension with elite play all year long. Watching him this year has been NASTY, and his play will join the halls of famed previous TPD performances, viewed upon when nostalgia and reverence course through TPD veins for eternity. Stand tall McCaffrey, let the NASTY elevate you to heights climbed once more. Be NASTY! LETS GO! COME ON!
