Week 12 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs Imposing Monstrosity

Date: November 29, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Tyreek Hill
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mike Davis
TE: Dallas Goedert
FLEX: Brian Hill
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: New Orleans

TPD won last week scoring 155 points, tops in the league, and is still alive for the playoffs entering Thanksgiving weekend. That is a goal every season, to be able to watch football on Thanksgiving Thursday with fantasy implications. It has been a year from hell in terms of poor circumstance, but TPD has made it to this point. He is 2nd in the league in total points, averaging 145 a game over his last five, but only 7th in the standings. It's a joke as the comedian from Watchmen would say, but TPD fights on. He has the best team in the league. He aims to prove it in rivalry week.

Much about the starting lineup is uncertain entering week 12. At QB, TPD has a decision to make between Herbert and Hill. Herbert has been amazing, but is traveling to the East coast for a 1:00pm game, against a team coming off bye. Hill was great last week in replacement service for Brees, but that was at home against a bad defense. Starting Hill and his swiss army knife talents would be exciting for TPD. It would be an unconventional decision, especially with how well Herbert is playing, but TPD knows how to manage on gameday and makes decision few would ever dream of. It will be a game time decision. Adams and Tyreek Hill continue to operate as the two best WRs in fantasy. If TPD is to climb out of this hole he needs them to continue their dominance. Jacobs and Davis are reliable, but TPD is hoping for more receiving production out of both of them this week. TE will also be a game time decision between Evan or Dallas. Both warrant consideration. Brian Hill will enter the flex in spot start duties for the Falcons. TPD has been holding onto B. Hill for this exact moment. The results will be explosive. New Orleans is starting at D after a stacking big performances for many weeks. Kicker may be in flux due to the uncertainty regarding the Ravens Steelers game. It's the most potent lineup in the league, one all fear, but one with a major task in front of them. They will get it done. As long as air fills his lungs, he will fight. For what is dead may never die, but rises again harder and stronger. You down with TPD? Ya you know me.

Always full of life is the NASTY. Even with clipped wings this year it has been devouring all. On Thanksgiving it leaves no leftovers for anyone. It stuffs to its heart's and stomach's content. It is angry and ready to challenge any in its way. The storm is coming and it is a cloud of NASTYness, tearing apart anything standing in its way.

Player Profile: Brian Hill
TPD may have three Hill's in his starting lineup this week. One of which is his player profile B. Hill. He has been playing well all season in back-up duties, but now is his time to shine. Don't be surprised if Hill's day on Sunday captures the starting lineup for good. Surely you can't believe an injured Gurley will be relied upon late in the year for a terrible team. Hill will take over and dominate. It starts Sunday. Get your damn popcorn ready. Buttery NASTY!

Week 11 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs GrabbingThemTDs

Date: November 22, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Tight Grip Palace

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Tyreek Hill
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mike Davis
TE: Dallas Goedert
FLEX: Christian Kirk
K: Justin tucker
DEF: Los Angeles (C)

It is now or never. TPD is pushed to the brink. A season in which he is 2nd in points scored has only amounted to a (4-6) record. The bad luck continues and now it all comes down to this. TPD has to win out, and he needs help along the way. The odds are against him, as every other playoff team is getting fortunate wins left and right, but none of that matters now. TPD is backed into a corner once more, and just like in week 9 of 2016, his playoff hopes rest on Thursday Night performances. The fact that he is averaging 143 ppg over his last four, amounting to only a (2-2) record is meaningless. Christian Kirk may be asked to be more than just a flex this week, with Adams looking questionable to play on Sunday. Such an injury would also likely force Chase Edmonds back into the starting lineup on Thursday. Injuries have taken their toll on this roster and TPD's studs have not been able to stay healthy. This team deserves so much more but it will take what it can get. There is no quit in this team. Watch on Thursday as TPD lays it all on the line, and secures the victory admits terrible circumstances. He has done it before and it shall be done again.

Week 10 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs The Glorious Morgans

Date: November 15, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: TPD Field House

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Christian Kirk
RB: Josh Jacobs
RB: Mikes Davis
TE: Dallas Goedert
FLEX: Chase Edmonds
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: New Orleans

TPD exploded last week for his best week of the season. He scored 180 points and the return of Christian McCaffrey was nothing short of spectacular. Unfortunately McCaffrey got hurt, again, so TPD must find a way to win this week without two of his best players, CMC, and Hill who is on bye. TPD needs this win this week, and we think he'll get it. He has scored the 2nd most points in the league this year, yet shockingly is in 6th place. It has been that kind of season, but TPD's fight always continues. Every week playing meaningful MFFL ball is a gift, and TPD cherishes every moment of it. It is his passion and he will never stop. Nostalgia and Reverence course through his veins.

The lineup remains mostly the same. Herbert has been dominant and will put on a show against another rookie QB this week. Adams is unworldly right now. He is TPD's engine. Kirk has been playing well and returns to TPDs starting lineup with Hill on bye. A good week could keep him in the flex moving forward. The RBs will try to fill the void left by CMC, but all of them are more than capable. The TE spot will be a game time call as Engram has been playing better and is seeing crazy targets each week. New Orleans gets a spot start in a critical match-up. On paper this is the best team in the league. He has been scoring points consistently as of late and this team is just itching to go on a run. It has to start this week and it will. TPD's hardened nature will rule the day.

Always ruling is the NASTY. It erupted last week and sent shivers down the spines of all would be combatants. It takes no prisoners and cares for little, outside of TPD dominance of course. Its rule is unquestioned and unrelenting. It comes for you.

Player Profile: Justin Herbert
Herbert has been unbelievable and now his patience pays off as he is finally TPD's player profile. TPD knew he got a gem off waivers when Herbert joined the team and TPD's faith has been rewarded. Herbert is destined for one of those magical seasons in which he caries teams to championships all across fantasy, out of nowhere. That is exactly what he will do with TPD and the beginnings of that will be shown this Sunday. Momentum piecing NASTY!

Week 9 Press Release

The Perpetual Dynasty vs La Flama Blanca

Date: November 8, 2020
Time: 1:00pm
Place: Busch Field

Starting Lineup:
QB: Justin Herbert
WR: Davante Adams
WR: Tyreek Hill
RB: Christian McCaffrey
RB: Josh Jacobs
TE: Evan Engram
FLEX: Chase Edmonds
K: Justin Tucker
DEF: Washington

TPD could not hang on for a victory last week, even though it was likely deserved. The squad came to play but got hamstrung by poor performances from Goedert and Scott even though both had an amazing match-up. The breaks aren't falling TPD's way but that can all change in a moment. No roster is as ready to explode as this one.

McCaffrey is likely back this week and not a moment too soon. His explosion ability is un-matched, and it makes TPD's team infinitely better. Adams and Hill have been beasting, a trend he hopes continues. Herbert made the surprise start for TPD last week, and it was a beautiful display of proper gameday managing. Herbert starts again in a great match-up. His play this year has been remarkable. He is a top 10, maybe even top 5, QB the rest of the way. Jacobs rebounded last week but could still manage to secure more catches. Engram gets a start this week after once again playing below average a week ago. He is due for his first TD of the season at some point. Washing takes over for LA at defense. It was a fun run with LA but their match-ups are brutal over the next few weeks following their bye. TPD will be back to streaming defenses. The season hangs in the balance, but all is not lost. Apparently the fantasy Gods love nothing more than placing TPD in such spots.

Always in the right spot is the NASTY from Dynasty. Roar!

Player Profile: Chase Edmonds
This spot could have gone to McCaffrey or Hebert, but TPD has been waiting for this moment all year. The moment when Edmonds takes over in the explosive Cardinals back field. His time is now. He will prove he is the best back on that team, as he has been all season. Once given the reigns he will not relinquish them. His ascension will be the turning point of TPD's season, blazing the trail for one NASTY TPD lineup down the stretch. Burn the trail!
